We have an excellent opportunity for experienced power sport enthusiasts to join our team. This is primarily an in-bound contact center environment. Responsibilities include taking customer orders, verifying shipment information, up-selling and cross-selling products, resolution of customer issues and concerns, escalation of system and website problems. You may also be required to process inbound customer email and chat sessions as well as make outbound follow-up calls.

MISSION STATEMENT:

The Salvation Army Metro Phoenix department is looking to fill 2 Christmas Seasonal Driver positions. The successful candidates for these positions will have 1-2 years of driving experience and the ability to act in a professional manner.

The Christmas Seasonal Driver will pick up donated and purchased items, including Christmas toys, food and water and will deliver them to the central warehouse, Corps and event locations. They will assist with unloading toys & Products and place them in the warehouse or racks. This person will assist with general logistic activities, product rotation, errands related to Christmas projects, general vehicle and warehouse maintenance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

+ High School Diploma or GED

+ 1-2 years driving experience

+ Ability to pass a criminal background check

+ Must have valid Arizona Driver's license with clean a MVR

+ Ability to act in a professional manner with a good attitude and language conducive to The Salvation Army's mission.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Qualified individuals must be able to perform the essential duties of the position with or without accommodation.
