Perform a full range of psychiatric nursing services including planning, administering and evaluating patient care in accordance with treatment plans
Conduct and document a thorough assessment of patients medical status upon admission and throughout the patients course of treatment
Administer medical treatment as prescribed by the physician
Attend and participate in clinical team conferences regarding patient progress, and problems
Assist in the development and implementation of an individualized treatment plan for each assigned patient

New Grads: $36 - New hire out of school. Does not have on-the-job experience. Has not yet acquired skills and knowledge in many areas of responsibility
Entry Level: $37-$38 - Has 1-3 years' experience working as an RN. Acquired basic experience, skills and knowledge but will refer more complex issues to higher level/more experienced staff
Moderate Experience: $39-$40.75 - 2-4 years of experience as an RN performing essential functions of the role
Fully Experienced: $41 - $44.25 - Has at least 4 years of consistent experience performing the essential functions of the role and can hit the ground running with this position
