The Opportunity: Hypsi seeks an enthusiastic Server Assistant to join the team. The Server Assistant is responsible primarily for assisting the Food Server in serving the guest. This person must have good communication skills as well as the ability to lift, pull and push moderate weight. This is a fast-paced position with continual customer contact. The menu will spotlight a robust pasta program and elegant yet approachable entrées. A signature roaming mozzarella cart will serve hand-pulled cheeses with curated add-ons like pickled vegetables, aged vinegars, and cold-pressed olive oil. Key Responsibilities: Quickly clean dirty table settings and prepare table for resetting. Promptly and consistently reset tables with spotless service ware. Maintain stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods with necessary equipment including silverware, linen and condiments. Greet guests in a pleasant and courteous manner, serve beverages, breads and butter to begin their dining experience and replenish as necessary. Transport all dirty tableware from dining room to dishwashing area for proper cleaning. Based upon fluctuating demands of the operation and to exceed customer expectations, it may be necessary to perform a multitude of different functions not specifically related to this position. This person may be expected to perform other tasks and duties as needed or as directed. Furthermore, employee responsibilities and job descriptions are subject to review and revision. Qualifications Qualifications: * High School Diploma or equivalent and one (1) year experience as a bar apprentice and/or bartender required. * Knowledge of all beverage functions to include: the mixing of drinks, the operation of all bar equipment, working knowledge of all restaurant functions. * Previous experience working in a nightclub and/or entertainment venue highly preferred. * Current or previous modeling and/or promotions experience within the last five (5) years required. * Previous experience in upscale gaming lounge and/or similar entertainment environment preferred. * Must be able and willing to properly wear the assigned uniform or a special event costume. * Must demonstrate the ability to wear specifically designed clothing\uniform and costumes as needed with flair and techniques associated with modeling industry requirements; posture, gestures and movement. * If hired in a 24 hour outlet position, the Model Bartender must be available to work all shifts; to include Day, Swing and Grave shift.
