SeaSpine Leadership

Keith Valentine serves as our president and chief executive officer, and as a director of SeaSpine. Prior to joining SeaSpine, Keith Valentine served as president and chief operating officer of NuVasive Inc. from 2007 to 2015, and as president from 2004 to 2007. He served in various senior executive roles at NuVasive in marketing, development and operations since joining the company in 2001. Prior to NuVasive, Keith Valentine was vice president of marketing at ORATEC Interventions Inc., which was acquired by Smith & Nephew PLC. Prior to ORATEC, he spent eight years in roles with Medtronic Sofamor Danek, including vice president of marketing for the Thoracolumbar Division, group director for the BMP Biologics program, the Interbody Sales Development Effort, and international sales and marketing. Keith Valentine received a BBA in management and biomedical sciences from Western Michigan University.

John Bostjancic serves as our chief financial officer and treasurer. Prior to joining SeaSpine, Mr. Bostjancic was senior vice president of global supply chain at Integra LifeSciences from 2012 to 2014 where he was responsible for global planning, kitting, distribution, logistics and customer service functions and led the project team to comply with the FDA’s UDI rule in 2014. From 2008 to 2012, Mr. Bostjancic was senior vice president of Integra’s Financial Planning & Analysis organization. Mr. Bostjancic joined Integra in 1999 and held roles of increasing responsibility in the finance organization, including corporate controller from 2003 to 2006. Before joining Integra, Mr. Bostjancic was a manager in the Accounting Standards team at Merck & Co. Inc. and worked in the Business Assurance organization at PricewaterhouseCoopers. He received a B.A. in accounting from the College of New Jersey.
