We are seeking a dedicated Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our Child Protection Team. This part-time position involves both independent and team-based clinical practice and consultation in the evaluation and management of pediatric patients referred for possible child abuse and neglect. This role potentially includes scheduled weekend and holiday coverage.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform clinical assessments of children suspected of being victims of abuse or neglect in ambulatory, emergency, and inpatient settings.
Obtain medical histories, conduct physical examinations, and document findings appropriately.
Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests; develop and implement treatment plans.
Provide expert consultation via telephone, video conferencing, or electronic communication to Child Protective Services and healthcare providers.
Assess risk and make recommendations based on clinical data, social history, and collateral information.
Collaborate closely with physicians, social workers, CPS, law enforcement, and other multidisciplinary professionals.
Participate in case reviews, team meetings, and documentation for legal or investigative proceedings.
Contribute to quality improvement and educational initiatives related to child protection.
Required Education and Experience:
Master's degree in nursing with a concentration in a pediatric or family nurse practitioner program OR graduate of a nationally accredited physician assistant program.
One year work experience in a pediatric or family focused clinical area.
Required Credentials:
For Nurse Practitioners:
Active, unencumbered registered nurse and advanced registered nurse practitioner licensure in the State of Washington.
Current national certification as a pediatric or family nurse practitioner
For Physician Assistants:
Active, unencumbered physician assistant licensure in the State of Washington
Initial certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants
For All Providers:
Active Drug Enforcement Authority registration
Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Professionals is required at time of hire and to be maintained continuously throughout employment. American Heart Association Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) will also be accepted in lieu of BLS for Healthcare Professionals.
Some clinical locations may require American Heart Association Pediatric Life Support training and continuous maintenance of certification.
Active clinical privileges as an Allied Health Provider at Seattle Children's Hospital must be secured prior to time of hire and must be maintained in good standing and in compliance with all medical staff bylaws, continuously throughout employment.
Any and all medical or allied health professional staff privileges at Children's will terminate automatically upon the termination of the individual's employment at Children's. Termination of employment does not prohibit the individual from seeking medical or allied health professional staff privileges at Children's as a non-employee in any category for which the individual qualifies. The Financial Systems Management Workday Sr Analyst (NOT HCM) will primarily support the Finance organization's reporting needs across all sub-workstreams including, but not limited to, general accounting, accounts payable, budgeting, grants, gifts, and payroll cost allocations. Job Duties:
Monitor, train, and implement future enhancements around the Payroll Cost Allocation (PCA) and Payroll Accounting Adjustment (PAA) processes
Collaborate across business and technical teams, with a focus on delivering transformational reports, in support of the Finance organization's business goals and initiatives.
Design, develop, configure, and test simple to complex Workday reports (advanced, matrix, composite) and dashboards utilizing Workday Report Writer access, as well as other organizational tools and available technologies.
Evolve to deliver against changing business needs and future Workday Reporting available functionalities.
Provide cross-functional understanding of financial data and its intersections and inter-dependencies across the overall Workday platform/ecosystem.
Provide technical guidance and ultimately become the subject matter expert around reports and dashboards to business and technical teams across the Finance organization.
Collaborate with technology and security teams to define and create calculated fields, edit security domain policies and other Workday objects to achieve the transformational reporting needs of the Finance organization.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

The **Director of Patient Access Services, Pre-Services** at Hackensack Meridian Health, oversees the pre-service financial aspects of patient care, ensuring accurate verification of insurance, prior authorizations, and understanding of patient financial responsibility. A Brief Overview
The Coding and Clinical Documentation Integrity Department at CHOP, which provides centralized coding support for all CHOP facilities, is seeking an experienced Medical Coder to join their team. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in both inpatient and outpatient facility coding and must hold one of the following active certifications: RHIA, RHIT, or CCS.
This position is responsible for assigning ICD-10-CM/PCS and/or CPT codes to charts of all discharged patients. The Coding Technician is accountable for ensuring accurate, appropriate, and high-quality coded data across the organization.
Productivity expectations include:
Inpatient coding: 2.5 charts per hour
Outpatient/same-day surgeries: 6 charts per hour
A minimum accuracy rate of 95% must be maintained
This is a Monday through Friday, 8-hour day shift role, with flexibility to start as early as 5:00 AM EST after the introductory period.

Abstract the pertinent clinical, coded, demographic and other required information into the EPIC electronic medical record abstracting system with 95% accuracy.
Identifies trends/opportunities for improvement in clinical documentation and communicates through the appropriate channels.
Utilize the Epic EHR and HDM/3M coding system to indicate accounts pending coding and the specific reasons.
Work collaboratively with other coders to resolve challenging cases/coding scenarios.

Focus on review, correction, trending and prevention of denials within Revenue Integrity's control
Review, identify, analyze EPIC work queues, reports and claim data to identify root cause of denials
Works with the RI Specialist and their revenue producing departments to help minimize charge capture methods that may be contributing to denials by analyzing trends in payments and denials, identifying discrepancies, and collaborating with them to resolve issues, prevent revenue leakage
Perform applicable analyses to understand net revenue effect of any proposed charge capture changes.
Perform internal billing audits to ensure correcting coding/billing regulatory compliance and charge capture accuracy.
Serves as resource to Patient Financial Services staff for reporting problems and denials on individual claims. Assists in researching coding issues and recommends solution to account representative. Identifies source of problem and works with analysts to implement corrective actions to ensure that the charge capture is updated to prevent future rejections/denials and to ensure accurate and expedient reimbursement
Assist in strategic pricing process to optimize reimbursement within budget guidelines.

Assists in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to the patient revenue cycle, and assists in development and recommendations.

We are looking for Pediatric Mental Health Specialists to work in our Psychiatry and Behavioral Medicine Unit (PBMU)!
The Pediatric Mental Health Specialist position provides the opportunity to grow your career in the mental and behavioral health field by learning de-escalation skills and techniques, gaining an understanding of behaviors, building rapport, and problem solving. We refer to our PMHSs as “coaches” because they have the opportunity to coach patients in various capacities. The PMHSs work directly with patients and help lead them through a series of scheduled activities including skills groups. The skills groups promote new and healthy problem solving skills as well as social and coping skills that are developmentally appropriate for each age group.
The PBMU is an inpatient crisis stabilization unit where we treat children ages 3-17 who are in psychiatric crisis. Our 41 bed unit is split into three programs: Child, Adolescent, and the Biobehavioral Inpatient Program.
These positions require working a mix of day/evening shifts as well as Saturdays/Sundays. A part-time employee works a 0.9 FTE (72 hours per bi-weekly pay periods).
Required Education and Experience
BA or BS in psychosocial related field and/or equivalent education and direct experience
Required Credentials
Registration as a Nursing Assistant in Washington State within 6 months of employment.
Basic Life Support (BLS).
Safety Care certification (internal training) required within 3 months of hire and annually thereafter.
Ukeru training required within 3 months of hire and annually thereafter.

Under the direction of the Security leadership team and guidance of PBMU nursing leadership, the Security Specialist is the primary responder for all safety concerns in the Inpatient Psychiatric Unit (PBMU), both individually and as part of an interdisciplinary team.
This individual interacts with patients experiencing behavioral or mental health crisis to decrease the emotional, physical and mental stress levels of a situation using verbal and non-verbal de-escalation techniques and if necessary, utilizing Crisis Prevention Institute physical techniques to bring the patient exhibiting aggressive behavior under control for further therapeutic clinical intervention. They provide safety and security to patients, healthcare workers and the unit by responding to situations to de-escalate crisis situations. Protects and maintains a secure environment by enforcing rules and regulations to provide for the safety of personnel, patients, visitors and the property.
Protects staff, patients, and property by intervening with physical intervention if patient begins to act out and/or present danger to staff, patients, self or property. This role is a key safety component in the security department's efforts to deter, detect, prevent, respond, and document concerns or incidents that risk the safety and well-being of patients, families, visitors, workforce members, and property by utilizing appropriate protocols, emergency response procedures, and/or non-violent crisis intervention methods.
This individual will respond, support, mitigate, de-escalate and document all security incidents or service requests on the unit. Individuals in this position are responsible for identifying, documenting, communicating, and mitigating and de-escalating safety and risk issues that may impact the ability of PBMU to provide environmental safety and care to patients, families, and staff.
Individuals in this position respond to situations that include but are not limited to code response, safety escorts, belongings and room searches, fire emergencies, hazardous spills, disaster response, medical emergencies, safety support, missing child, active shooter, bomb threats, individuals under distress or escalated, unauthorized persons on Seattle Children's property or buildings occupied by Seattle Children's workforce members with intentions to commit crimes such as vandalism, theft, and assault.

Required Education/Experience: Associate's degree in Criminal Justice or related field with a minimum of one (1) year of related experience in Security Services, Public Safety, Law Enforcement or related field; or a minimum of three (3) years aforementioned experience may offset the education.

Required Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent experience
At least one (1) year of related experience in customer service and/or caring for and maintaining safety of children
Required Credentials
Basic Life Support (BLS) on hire
Safety Care certification (internal training) required within 3 months of hire and annually thereafter

Training in verbal de-escalation and/or non-violent crisis intervention
Highly Preferred: Experience working with children or adolescents
Experience working in inpatient behavioral health settings
American Sign Language Skills.

The **Chaplain** provides compassionate pastoral ministry to all patients, their family, loved ones, and team members. + Three years previous experience in pastoral ministry as Lead Pastor or Assisting Minister.

+ Endorsement of a pastoral leader of one's religious denomination.
+ Professional development or continuing education credits in the field of pastoral ministry, counseling or community issues.
+ Computer knowledge for purposes of documentation, continuing education and public presentation.
**Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred:**
+ Graduate degree or matriculating in a graduate degree program from an accredited seminary or school of theology with M.Div. or Masters` of Theology.
+ Board Certification as a Clinical Chaplain from a nationally recognized and accredited organization.
