    We are seeking a dedicated **Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant)** to join our Child Protection Team. This part-time position involves both independent and team-based clinical practice and consultation in the evaluation and management of pediatric patients referred for possible child abuse and neglect. This role potentially includes scheduled weekend and holiday coverage. (********************************************************************* **Key Responsibilities:** Perform clinical assessments of children suspected of being victims of abuse or neglect in ambulatory, emergency, and inpatient settings. Obtain medical histories, conduct physical examinations, and document findings appropriately. Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests; develop and implement treatment plans. Provide expert consultation via telephone, video conferencing, or electronic communication to Child Protective Services and healthcare providers. Assess risk and make recommendations based on clinical data, social history, and collateral information. Collaborate closely with physicians, social workers, CPS, law enforcement, and other multidisciplinary professionals. Participate in case reviews, team meetings, and documentation for legal or investigative proceedings. Contribute to quality improvement and educational initiatives related to child protection. **Required Education and Experience:** Master's degree in nursing with a concentration in a pediatric or family nurse practitioner program OR graduate of a nationally accredited physician assistant program. One year work experience in a pediatric or family focused clinical area. **Required Credentials:** **For Nurse Practitioners:** Active, unencumbered registered nurse and advanced registered nurse practitioner licensure in the State of Washington. We have a densely planted, extremely diverse, botanical garden-style landscape with a wide variety of trees, shrubs, perennials, grasses, and ferns. Our collection comprises over 3,000 plant species, including many rare and uncommon plants, making it an engaging environment in which to work and study. We also have a variety of spaces, including a children's play garden, rain gardens, a fully planted roof garden, a wildflower meadow, natural areas, green roofs, beds with mixed perennials and grasses, and numerous trees. The spaces we take care of are appreciated and enjoyed by patients, families, and staff, who may be experiencing very difficult situations, so it can be a truly fulfilling place to work in horticulture. This position will be responsible for performing skilled gardening work and maintaining exterior hardscapes with minimal direct supervision to keep properties clean, safe, and attractive. In an assigned area of up to 10 acres, under general supervision, function independently and be held accountable for overall management and work performed. Coordinate and collaborate with other team members on larger projects. Work is performed year-round, outdoors, in all types of weather at the main campus of Seattle Children's Hospital and at various clinical and non-clinical sites as assigned. **Required Education and Experience** High school diploma or equivalent experience. The PMHS's work is directed by Nursing Leaders or designee. Incumbents are required to work with complex and acute psychiatric patients and be comfortable in dealing with stressful and quickly changing environments. This includes initiating appropriate interventions that promote a healthy and safe environment for patients, families and staff. **We are looking for Pediatric Mental Health Specialists to work in our Psychiatry and Behavioral Medicine Unit (PBMU)!** The Pediatric Mental Health Specialist position provides the opportunity to grow your career in the mental and behavioral health field by learning de-escalation skills and techniques, gaining an understanding of behaviors, building rapport, and problem solving. We refer to our PMHSs as "coaches" because they have the opportunity to coach patients in various capacities. The PMHSs work directly with patients and help lead them through a series of scheduled activities including skills groups. The skills groups promote new and healthy problem solving skills as well as social and coping skills that are developmentally appropriate for each age group. The PBMU is an inpatient crisis stabilization unit where we treat children ages 3-17 who are in psychiatric crisis. Direct oversight of Radiology Technologists and maintains the technical aspects of radiology services. Functions as a liaison between physicians and technologists and support staff. Recommends equipment modification and evaluates the quality and accuracy of the Radiology images. Accountable for the services performed by the Radiology Department. Responsible for the selection, hiring, training, and performance of staff for compliance with accreditation, legal, and other regulatory requirements. May perform Radiology procedures and administrative duties which support the department. Incumbent will work variable shifts, as needed to complete responsibilities and meet the needs of the imaging area. The manager is expected to be involved with duties supporting the team and patient care. This position will assist in identification of goals and has shared responsibilities with the Director for process improvements on the unit/department. Manager/s have responsibility for activities at one or more locations and as such are required to respond 24/7 to clinical, business, patient, and operational issues that may arise. While not on site, they are required to be available by pager and cell phone to resolve issues. They may delegate call duties to another Radiology manager, always assuring there is a leader supporting radiology hospital operations 24/7. Manager/s are part of the management team and may need to respond to union contract issues and negotiations. **Required Education and Experience** Graduation from a Joint Review Committee or equivalent approved program in Radiologic Technology. Five (5) years clinical experience as a Radiology Technologist or combination of years as a Radiology Technologist and in a Radiology leadership role. **Required Credentials** ARRT-R registered. Washington State Radiology Technologist certification (WA-RT-CERT).
