Cons of working at Seattle Indian Health Board
Management is brutal, CEO contributes to Nepotism. She is self-righteous and very controlling. Not a good organization to work for - underpaid staff who work hard.

How did you prepare for the Seattle Indian Health Board interview?
Don't bother, it's not necessary because they are desperate. I guarantee you'll be hired whether you are good or bad. You'll either want to leave or get fired. Turnover is bad with a revolving door at this organization.

Poor. outside organizations pay about 5 to 10 dollars higher for the same job title.
What's the diversity at Seattle Indian Health Board like?
It is very good.

Nothing, that is why I left. Depression, anxiety. No acknowledgement. No raises and certainly no "say". You're on the chopping block if you disagree.

Fierce nepotism.
1. The leader is always right.

4. The leader is the only source of the truth, everybody else is lying.
5. Followers must be blindly devoted to the leader and never question her/them.
