She leads passionate, high performing, revenue-driven teams that cultivate authentic, innovative, impactful partnerships and measurably grow both the Seahawks' business and that of its partners. Amy joined the Seahawks organization in 2001 as a Director of Corporate Partnerships, where she was part of the management team that opened Lumen Field. In 2004, she was promoted to Managing Director of Suite Sales & Service where she led an expansion of premium suite inventory, adding a total of 40 new suite locations. In 2018, Amy was promoted to Senior Vice President of Revenue, adding season tickets to her management responsibilities and now overseeing a team that enters the 2021 season with 146 consecutive sellouts and a 97-percent season ticket renewal rate on average over the past 8+ years. Her teams have driven impressive revenue growth, including 41% and 72% increases for corporate partnerships and suites, respectively. Additionally, her teams have cultivated activation strategies that have resulted in steady increases in brand engagements for the team's corporate partners each year. Notably, Amy led the naming rights extension negotiation for CenturyLink Field in 2017 and later the 2020 rebrand to Lumen Field, one of the top three busiest stadiums in the NFL, typically hosting more than 300 event days and over 2.4 million visitors annually.

Amy is actively involved in the sports business landscape and frequently speaks on the topic of women in leadership. In May 2019, she was recognized by the American Lung Association and Seattle Mother's Council with an "Outstanding Mother Award," which honors working mothers who balance high-profile careers with work in the community.
