2. SCOPE OF WORK

Amazon is inviting qualified companies to provide a contingent worker for the position of Design Standards Manager. The Design Standards Manager shall lead the management, implementation, and updates for the design standards that inform the building designs for the customer fulfillment and logistics building programs. The Design Standards Manager will be supporting the cross functional team responsible for setting Amazon's design criteria and building design templates that govern the design of these technologically advanced facilities. The Design Standards Manager will demonstrate a track record of supporting internal and outsourced teams in an extremely fast paced environment that has a high degree of ambiguity. Responsibility for design standards include: site design, architectural, civil, electrical, mechanical, low voltage, signage and incorporation of storage and material handling designs by other internal teams.

3. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the management, implementation, and update of the design standards.

• Manage dRofus BIM interface for WWD and its external Program Architects.

• Support a multi-disciplinary team that is creating sustainable, efficient, economical, and standardized customer
