The Opportunity: The purpose of this role is to lead and define IT Service Management (ITSM) processes aligned with the overall IT strategy, driving adoption and compliance while prioritizing enhancements. Ensuring business outcomes through process efficiencies and improvements, managing customer experience, IT Service Desk, incident and request management, and core IT processes are key responsibilities. Additionally, direct supervision of teams leading business critical applications, vendor management, and budget control to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness of computer operations.

Your New Role:
Collaborate with VP, Infrastructure Manager, IT Operations Manager, IT Customer Support Manager with overall strategies, maximizing productivity and performance, while defining and implementing plans, controls, and management information to ensure effective process adherence and continuous improvement.
Maintain awareness of technical changes, legislative updates, and industry best practices.
Develop and refine IT Service Management (ITSM) processes to meet customer needs and market changes.
Lead embedding of ITSM processes within divisions and ensure effectiveness through MI.
Build positive relationships with stakeholders to ensure processes deliver business outcomes.
Promote a service-oriented culture within teams and third-party suppliers.
Manage IT infrastructure expenses, optimizing costs and adhering to budget constraints.
Provide leadership, mentoring, and coaching on service management and cost optimization.
Support IT teams in cost control, reporting, and procurement policies.
Balance operational delivery and risk commitments by identifying emerging, underlying, and accumulating risks across processes and controls. Understand their impact on service recipients and stakeholders, clearly communicate the risk landscape to leaders, and assist in prioritizing resources in response and formalizing, where required, in conjunction with the first line risk team.

General Purpose:

Position Summary
This position requires working in various Controlled/Non-Classified areas. The Manufacturing Technician II operates equipment such as parts washers and autoclave, inspects, cleans, and sterilizes equipment, assembles/disassembles equipment, performs area cleanings in accordance with cleaning schedule, and completes batch record entries.

Responsibilities
• Perform the duties of operating assigned machinery consisting of parts washers and autoclaves, etc.
• Responsible for assembling, disassembling, wrapping, operating, and rinsing/sanitizing various equipment.
• Perform set-up activities including but not limited to cleaning/stocking of area, spraying items through airlock, setting up parts wash and autoclave loads per SOP/Form.
• Perform cleaning and housekeeping activities for assigned areas as required to maintain a cGMP environment.
• Perform visual inspections of equipment for cleanliness as specified per SOP. Must obtain visual inspection training certification.
• Obtain knowledge to be able to print off SOP's/Forms via ECMS.
• Perform batch record and GMP documentation entries. Maintain records and/or logs as required to perform job responsibilities. This will include mathematical computation where needed.
• Knowledge of product security controls and material handling equipment.
• Become aseptically qualified to enter the aseptic core area to unload autoclaves and component processing.
• Responsible for outgoing quality level.
• Obtain a novice to intermediate level of knowledge of SAP inventory movements and inventory management, such as moving items from one storage location to another and issuing goods to process orders as required.
• Responsibly perform work requirements, in accordance with SOPs, cGMPs, and established safety procedures in accordance with OSHA requirements and guidelines. Be familiar with “Material Safety Data Sheets” for area chemicals.
• Be familiar with job-related safety procedures and hazards, including PPEs, ergonomics, LOTO, human safety, material handling, waste handling, chemical handling, and spill controls. Report all discrepancies to the Area Manager.
Minimum Qualifications
Must have the ability to effectively understand, read, write, communicate, and follow instructions in the English language
Good attention to detail is required.
The individual must be capable of keeping accurate records and performing mathematical calculations
Preferred Qualifications
High school graduate, vocational school graduate, or equivalent
Experience in a pharmaceutical or cGMP-regulated environment

The Manufacturing Technician II is a direct labor position reporting to a Process Execution Team (PET) Process Facilitator on the Manufacturing floor, which supports Filling operations. This position will require working in various Controlled/Non-Classified and Classified areas. The Filling Technician operates equipment, performs in-process monitoring, line clearances, OEE data collection, cosmetic inspection, cleaning and completes batch record entries in accordance with cGMPs. This opening is on a 12 hour day shift which operate on a 2-2-3 schedule. (6am - 6:30pm)
Brief Job Description
* Perform the duties of operating assigned machinery consisting of servicing filling machines with materials, removing finished materials from machine tables, and assuring the smooth flow of product.
* Responsible for assembling, disassembling, operating and sanitizing various Filling equipment.
* Perform and execute filter integrity testing as needed per SOP.

JOB SUMMARY
Tote system data entry and verification work, reports and paperwork for racetrack and/or corporate office, train new employees, maintains, operates, setup, or troubleshoot boards and auxiliary odds boards. Prepares and maintains UT equipment, repairs, maintains and cleans betting terminals, installs and tears down equipment, stock ticket paper on betting lines, unloads ticket stock from freight truck, labeling, packaging, and shipping reordering spare parts, loads and unloads equipment, maintain and repair infield or auxiliary display boards, and other tasks as required.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Must be able to understand configurations of the Tote room hardware, i.e. modems, multiplexers, consoles, display controllers and printers. Familiarity with the Tote Board installation and operation. Understand the system reports and know what information is reported. Understand how prices are calculated and become familiar with the State rules and regulations.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or GED. Line technician experience and electrical and/or computer experience preferred.
