What’s to like.

Sechan pays Burgerking wages to people that build military product. They treat the assembly people as replaceable pawns. It’s the equivalent of an American Sweatshop

Not much.

This place has gone down hill so much. We are constantly losing long term employees because Sechan will not pay them what they are worth. HR and upper management are horrible and just continue to allow all these quality people to leave. They higher all new kids so they don’t need to pay them and this is for work to support our troops. All the experience is gone and none of the new people know how to do their jobs. They will soon find out how letting go all of their experience is going to affect them. The sad thing is they can afford to higher and pay experienced and qualified individuals. Because many of the managers are completely horrible and unqualified they only pay a select few of their favorites. The inspection manger is a completely miserable, controlling sadistic person that only wants to argue and start problems with everyone.For example she will tell people to do something one way, then a week later tell them the exact opposite after they have been doing what she said. She is so mentally unstable she doesn’t care about the product being correct. She only wants to throw around her weight and constantly reminds people” I am a manager. She treats people unbelievably bad and yet they still keep her there. I feel so bad for the people that work for her. The quality of work at Sechan is pretty bad at this point and all they care about is moving product to the customer. As a result we have not had a profit sharing check in over a year. Unless Sechan gets rid of the hr department with all new people and hires competent individuals in management. This place is going down in the next few years. They have hr people that are all women and they all hate men. They pay men much less in many cases and will fight for women but fire a man in a second. They fired the last good hr person they had because she actually was fair and cared about employees. There is such a toxic work environment It is just unbelievable.

Some of the people are great.

I worked for Sechan for 16 years. This company is down the hill. The new president is a nasty racist and lier. He insult me telling me that I need a professional person to write my emails to him and that I need to fix my grammar. What kind of President have Sechan?. He need one of the values that Sechan have and is RESPECT, that he don't have at all. If he want respect, give respect. He hate Hispanics people.

Used to be proud to work here ....... not so much anymore . I think current CEO ( 7/27/2019 ) is looking to line his own pockets . He moves from company to company and forces restructuring of companies leaving disgruntled employees in his wake . I will not mention this clowns name ...... other than to say he is a past CEO of Brookville Equipment Corporation . I also think he is childlike with his fits of rage in supervisors meetings when thing don't go HIS way . These comments are from a long time employee , so take it for what you think it is worth .

This is not the company it used to be . My christmas bonus used to be $2000.00 + ...... now it is $100.00 . We have become a 9-80 company which sucks , because there is not enough work to occupy 8 hours let alone 9 hours a day . And our CEO has been lying the 3 years he has been here " WORK IS COMING !!! " . bullshit .......... always has an excuse . We have lost most good employees due to the state of the company , and are left with people that don't care or do not have the skill set to be here . Now throw a brand spanking new EPR system into the the mix that don't work due to the way Sechan is structured , and you have chaos . And the company has become a top heavy oceanliner , seems like more office personel than actual workers . This place reminds me of the titanic ....... it is only a matter of time . Oh yes , lets not forget raise time . It is like a report card , you get admonished for being a go getter , No I am not just ranting , this is the "state of the union " if you will .
