POSITION SUMMARY
The Retail Rescue Specialist is responsible for securing donated food from retailers by directly serving retail partners and facilitating relationships between retailers and partner agencies. The Food Rescue Specialist works to maximize donations and program participation by stewarding Food Rescue donors while maintaining the standards of the Food Rescue Program.

Donor Relations and Food Procurement
Collaborate with Retail Rescue Manager and team members to increase donor program participation
Call on multiple donor sites per week to engage retail staff members
Solicit food and related products through contact with donors
Assist in soliciting prospective donors
Prepare and analyze PivotTable reports and charts
Manage donor and agency contact information in multiple databases. Develop and execute annual donor stewardship plans by donor, with support of Food Rescue Manager
Maintain active communication with internal partners to identify potential issues and opportunities improvement
Provide onsite training for store employees participating in the Food Rescue Program
Foster a trusted partnership by responding with urgency to issues, conflict resolution, problem solving, questions, and requests
Inform manager of any problems or unresolved in a timely manner
Partner Agency Support
Facilitate Food Rescue agency partnerships with retailers
Provide training and follow-up support as required by program expectations and agency or retailer request.
Work collaboratively with Agency Relations to support partner agencies with their Food Rescue program
Provide materials and training for all agency partners to execute and expand their Food Rescue program
Foster a trusted partnership by responding with urgency to questions and concerns

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
All relevant experience including work, education, transferable skills, and military experience will be considered.
Self-starter who can work independently and efficiently under minimal supervision • Attention to detail and with excellent follow-through. Ability to prioritize work activities.
Experience in account management and marketing
Ability to travel to perform food solicitation duties, including overnight travel
Ability to navigate Second Harvest Heartland 59 county service area
Ability to perform detailed work related to record keeping of donations and strategic planning
Presentation / public speaking skills
Excellent customer service skills
Knowledge of warehouse safety, food, and product handling.
Intermediate skill level with Microsoft Office, Office 365, and the ability to learn other computer software programs.
Experience and/or willingness to interact appropriately with culturally diverse individuals and communities
Excellent oral and written English communication skills
Excellent problem solving and planning skills
Ability to work cooperatively with other staff and volunteers
Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions with minimal supervision

POSITION SUMMARY
Support Neighbor Services SNAP Outreach team with materials, mail tasks, and as direct neighbor advisor. Provide general administrative support to the broader Neighbor Services team on an as-needed basis.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain and replenish all outreach materials (e.g., printed items, promotional items, tents, and other display materials)
Execute process to bundle and distribute outreach materials for 200+ events each year
Ensure daily mail incoming and outgoing postal mail related to SNAP is processed
Serve as the in-office point of contact for the Neighbor Services department questions, ensure Second Harvest Heartland team members, volunteers, interns, and neighbors are connected to appropriate team members.
Provide direct application and referral assistance to Neighbors through various channels (in person, phone, text, email, etc.) and at outreach sites or events in the community.
Stay current on the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) and Commodity Supplemental Food Program - Nutritional Assistance Program for Seniors (CSFP/NAPS) to be able to assist neighbors with applications.
Lead training and onboarding for staff, interns, and volunteers as it relates to office tasks.
MARGINAL / ANCILLARY / SECONDARY / AS NEEDED DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
General administrative Neighbor Services department e.g., printing, mailing, material ordering.
Flex to support FOODRx team as a backup on an as-needed basis.
Other duties as assigned.
BASICS
Complete and stay current on all trainings (IT, Security, DHS, Civil Rights, team-specific, etc.)
Comply with federal, state, and local security requirements ensuring adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions.
May be required to attend and/or transport equipment and materials to outreach events throughout our service area, including in greater MN. Must have access to reliable transportation potentially with little to no advance planning. This could include a valid MN driver's license, legally mandated insurance, and a good driving record.
Occasional travel in Minnesota will be required.

The Surgical Technologist provides safe and efficient care to the surgical patient under the supervision of the registered nurse (RN) and in collaboration with the surgeon. The Surgical Technologist functions primarily in the scrub role and is responsible for selecting, preparing, and maintaining instrumentation, equipment, and supplies. The Department of Orthopedic Surgery in Rochester, MN is seeking an outstanding scientist with expertise in biomechanical engineering with emphasis on musculoskeletal applications within orthopedic surgery.

The responsibilities of the CSFP Site Coordinator consist primarily of overseeing a caseload of assigned CSFP Sites to ensure proper administration of the CSFP program. DATA ENTRY AND RECORD KEEPING
Accurately and efficiently complete and process program participant certifications and re-certification as well as monthly issuance logs, including record filing and scanning.
In a courteous and appropriate manner, work with internal staff, external agencies, and program participants to facilitate the timely, organized, and efficient implementation of CSFP policies and procedures and other referrals.

Job Responsibilities:
* Prepare current patient-specific medication list in accordance with department processes and procedures. This includes gathering patient medication and allergy information utilizing patients, their families, pharmacies and other care facility records to provide an accurate home and prescribed medication and allergy list.
* Clarify obvious drug problems in the medication regimen.
* Effectively triage patients to provide an accurate medication list available for physician review, using all communication options available including e-mail, fax and direct patient or provider contact.
* Enter medications and allergies into patients' profiles as appropriate.
Required Qualifications
* Vocational School Vocational/Technical
* 1 year 1-2 years of healthcare experience and/or equivalent educational experience.
* 2 years healthcare experience
* medication history education/training completion of a PTCB-Recognized Medication History Education/Training Program within 6 months of hire
Preferred Qualifications
* Associates Degree in Nursing

Under the supervision of the Camp Director, the Camp Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and running Camp Cormorant during the summer camp season. Job duties include but are not limited to programming, scheduling, managing staff, parent/camper relations, behavioral management, and improving upon and expanding current camp offerings in conjunction with the Camp Director. May also coordinate with and oversee visiting community partners and renters during the camp season. This position includes free room and board and is expected to live on site during the camp season.
Camp Operations & Safety
* Understands and ensures compliance with all American Camping Association (ACA) standards.
* Enforces all camp rules and policies, including safety, health, and risk management procedures.
* Coordinates and oversees all camp activities with the help of the Assistant Camp Coordinator.
* Prepares cabin assignments and cabin schedules in collaboration with the Assistant Camp Coordinator.
* Learns and utilizes applicable camp software for check-in, health forms, and camp store operations.
* Maintains a high level of situational awareness and implements emergency action plans when necessary.
Leadership & Staff Support
* Assists in staff training with the Camp Director and Assistant Camp Coordinator.
* Holds regular staff debriefs and mental wellness check-ins; refers staff to additional support resources when appropriate.
* Completes mid-summer check-ins and end-of-season evaluations with camp staff.
* Provides ongoing training, coaching, and professional development opportunities throughout the camp season.
* Oversees the Junior Counselor (JC) and Counselor-in-Training (CIT) program led by the Assistant Camp Coordinator.
Administrative & Communication Responsibilities
* Works in coordination with the Camp Director on administrative tasks, including payroll and ordering supplies.
* Completes incident reports and submits them to HR within 24 hours; communicates all necessary information to the Camp Director and HR team.
* Implements weekly camper and parent surveys; uses feedback to make adjustments in collaboration with the Camp Director.
* Communicates facility needs through the Facility Dude system and coordinates with custodial and maintenance teams.
Community, Inclusion & Engagement
* Fosters a sense of inclusion and belonging for campers, families, and staff.
* Works with Marketing staff to provide photos and videos for social media and promotional materials.
* Communicates positively, calmly, and professionally with staff, campers, parents, and members at all times.
* At least 25 years of age
* At least two prior seasons of supervisory experience in an organized camp
* Current driver's license and YMCA insurance approved driving record
* College degree in related field preferred
* CPR/FA Certification for Adult, Child and Pediatrics
* Upon hire, at least 3 hours of professional development that addresses the individual needs related to the ACA core competencies
Preferred Experience/Qualifications:
* Waterfront supervision or lifeguard certification, especially on a lake or open water
* Overnight camper supervision
* Experience in program planning and facilitation for various ages and abilities
* Positive, effective, calm, and professional communication - verbally and written - with staff, members, children, and parents
