I worked with a few CEOs at Second Wind Dreams and the best and most progressive days at the organization was when Doreen Scascitelli was CEO. Under her leadership, we moved the organization into building growth foundations that would finally allow us to fulfill the many “dreams” of the organization hoped to be fulfilled by the founder, PK.
Doreen’s spirit and enthusiasm towards all employees was inspiring.
As for any interview for a non profit- research the Founder, CEOs, board members- and how you might be able to contribute as an employee.
