LHH is partnering with an environmental services organization to hire a temp to permanent Administrative Assistant. This role is fully in office with hours from 8:30AM to 5:30PM with a 1-hour break, Monday through Friday. The qualified candidate should have a bachelor's degree in a field involving extensive writing and document review such as communications, marketing, journalism and have at least 1 year of corporate office experience.

Responsibilities:
Team up with the geotechnical engineering team to prepare, review and edit technical reports for customers
Work within MS Office as well as multiple proprietary systems to accomplish tasks
Act as the last set of eyes before reports are sent out to customer
Assist with expense management
Partner with all departments to ensure that projects are completed properly to the fullest extent possible
Assist with any ad hoc tasks and projects as they arise
Required Experience:
Bachelor's degree required, preferably within marketing, journalism, communications or a related field
At least 1 year of corporate office experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Extremely meticulous and detail oriented to ensure minimal error
Hard working with an ability to function effectively in very fast paced environment
Must be able to work overtime

About The Role:
As a member of the Corebridge Corporate Governance Team, the attorney in this position will support the corporate governance and entity maintenance of approximately 40 U.S. and Bermuda-based subsidiaries of Corebridge Financial, including its operating life insurance companies, trust company, broker-dealers, and other legal entities. The attorney will provide effective, responsive, and strategic legal advice regarding corporate governance and legal entity management and play a lead role in the development and execution of subsidiary corporate secretarial and governance functions.

This role will report to the Deputy General Counsel and Corporate Secretary.
Responsibilities:
* Provide strategic advice and expert counsel to the CRBG Corporate Secretary, members of subsidiary boards of directors and business personnel with respect to corporate governance and legal entities.
* Draft organizational documents, governance guidelines and policies, committee charters, resolutions, minutes, and meeting presentations, as well as communications to the Board of Directors and senior management, ensuring compliance with applicable corporate and other applicable law (including life insurance, FINRA, Trust Company and other regulatory requirements).
* Execute corporate-related transactions, such as legal entity organizations/dispositions, name changes, redomestications, conversions, qualifications and withdrawals. This position also supports legal entity licensing, qualifications and authorizations.
* Provide legal support for the meetings of shareholders, the Boards of Directors and Board Committees, including collaboration with the CRBG Corporate Secretary and appropriate business personnel with respect to meeting scheduling, agendas, discussion points, logistics and the preparation of meeting materials.

Minimum Qualifications:
* Juris Doctor from and accredited law school.
* 10+ years of experience in corporate governance, corporate secretarial, and legal entity management.

* Ability to identify and resolve legal issues related to corporate governance through research, analysis, and developing practical and well-reasoned solutions.

* Strong analytical and written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation:
For positions based in Jersey City, NJ, the base salary range is $200,000 - $230,000 and the position is eligible for a bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan. Not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range. The actual compensation offered will ultimately be dependent on multiple factors, which may include the candidate's geographic location, skills, experience and other qualifications.
In addition, the position is eligible for a discretionary bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.

The Position
Wilson Elser's Madison office is currently seeking a Legal Secretary to join a leading litigation team
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare legal filings: format documents, pull exhibits, proofread and redact documents
Prepare court filings, become familiar with court rules and filing procedures
E-file court filings in both state and federal courts
Open new matters
Document management and organization and saving to networks
Prepare cover letters for attorney bills
Input billing information into billing software
Schedule conferences and depositions, maintain attorney calendars
Manage bills for third party vendors, process check requests and follow up with accounting
Familiarity with Dropbox and working with large files is a plus.
Qualifications
3+ years Litigation experience, familiarity with insurance defense a plus
Familiarity with court procedures and e-filings in Massachusetts and/or New Hampshire
Ability to work independently as well as in a team-based setting with other Legal Secretaries supporting a group of attorneys
Open to taking on new responsibilities and challenging tasks
Excellent attention to detail with ability to multitask
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to integrate into a fast-paced environment
Excellent typing skills with proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Outlook, Excel)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
