This position will report to the Senior Director of Partnership Operations. In the absence of the Senior Director, this position will report to the next level manager unless otherwise defined or assigned.
What you'll do in the role:
Partner with the SVP of Partnerships and interface regularly with senior executives including the CEO, SVP of Finance + Accounting, SVP of Operations, VP of Marketing + Enablement, and SVP of Product.
Strategy Enablement: Take new strategies and programs from concept to implementation. Develop designs, SOPs, and training to bring initiatives to life (e.g., launching clinical programs for patients with complex medication needs).
Account Management Infrastructure: Build systems and tools that make complex partnerships run smoothly-such as executive dashboards, performance review materials, and workflows to track and resolve partner needs.
Partnerships Enablement: Support AndHealth's Deal Desk, developing proformas, preparing contracts, and guiding weekly decision-making meetings to move partnerships across the line. Document and communicate decisions clearly and consistently.
Problem Solving: Partner with stakeholders across the company to tackle some of the organization's most pressing strategic and operational challenges.
Dashboard Management: Create and manage dashboards alongside AndHealth's analytics team to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for new and evolving initiatives, and provide regular updates to invested stakeholders.
Project Management: Lead and manage special projects and initiatives as assigned by AndHealth's leadership team, ensuring timely and successful completion.
Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization.
Team Coordination: Coordinate and facilitate meetings and events related to priority projects, to enhance the

Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required.
Graduate degree (MBA, MPH, MHA, or related) preferred but not required.

Groundskeeper responsibilities:
1. Must be knowledgeable and skilled in the safe use and maintenance of the following tools:

b. User-Moved Aids - wheelbarrows, dollies, hand trucks, buckets, jacks, step ladders, full ladders, etc.
c. Motorized Equipment - snow blower, trimmer, yard tractor, leaf blower, other small landscaping equipment.
2. Maintain grounds and common areas, including:
a. Physically walk the community on a regular basis and remove litter, trash, debris, limbs, pet droppings, etc. from grounds, breezeways, landing, common hallways, pool area (if applicable), laundry rooms, mail rooms (if applicable), dumpster areas, recreation areas, parking lots, driveways, walkways.
b. Clear sidewalks, stoops, and/or stairwells of snow and ice with use of broom, shovel snow blower or other equipment; distribute salt/deicer; plow snow from driveways.
c. Perform regularly scheduled light checks.
d. Clean pool (may be required to add chemicals depending on state regulations)
e. Perform “trash out” duties at vacant apartments on a daily basis. Remove all abandoned furniture, trash, and/or boxes. Remove to dumpster or storage area, as assigned.
f. Transfer trash left outside of dumpster into dumpster. Pick up and sweep area.
g. Detail community on a regular basis. Clean and rake shrub areas; shovel mud when necessary. Use blower to keep sidewalks and walking areas clean of loose grass and/or other debris.
h. Repair and/or replace windows, screens, sliding doors, etc. Perform routine maintenance as requested.
i. Assist with various physical tasks as directed, such as tearing down fences, digging holes etc.
j. Assist with “make ready” duties when requested.

l. Perform interior and exterior painting duties when requested.
m. Complete minor and routine service requests when requested.
n. Change locks and/or make keys when requested.

Full-Time. Experience with extracting with BHO required. $18-21/hour based on experience The Extraction Lead provides guidance and specialized skill support to Extraction Specialists. In addition, leads will be responsible for the extraction operations within a cannabis cultivation facility. As an Extraction Lead, you are responsible for the cannabis extraction process and the manufacturing of cannabis concentrates. Extraction Specialists may be cross-trained and asked to support other departments occasionally to meet business needs, including but not limited to the processing of dry cannabis flower.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
* Provide guidance to incoming and current extraction specialists by showing tips, tricks, and best practices.
* Help extraction specialists understand and follow departmental processes.
* Aid Assistant Extraction and Extraction Manager with new hire training.
* Visually inspect equipment for any damage and assist management with necessary calibrations.
* Prepare equipment, biomass, and raw materials for extraction.
* Carefully move extracts to storage areas prior to packaging and verify batch numbers.
* Execute extractions and post-extraction processes.
* Operate extraction equipment, such as rotary evaporators, reactors, filtration equipment, etc.
* Ensure the consistency and efficiency of products through quality control testing and procedures.
* Collect samples as needed for quality testing.
* Regularly clean and sterilize equipment and workspace.
* Maintain strict inventory record of raw materials, chemicals, waste, and equipment.
* Manage, document, and dispose lab waste.
* Maintain Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for all chemicals and products.
* Follow laboratory safety protocols.
* Monitor and maintain quality control measures in accordance with state and local laws.
* Adhere to company policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment within the facility and production areas.
* Immediately inform Extraction Manager of any system or equipment discrepancies.
* Ensure all products are of high quality and visually aesthetic, reporting concerns to management for remediation.
* Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Minimum Qualifications
* Operate and maintain hydrocarbon extraction systems (specifically using BHO - Butane Hash Oil methods) to safely and efficiently extract cannabinoids and terpenes from cannabis biomass in compliance with state and company safety standards.
* Previous experience in a commercial cannabis extraction lab.
* Able to follow detailed instruction and capable of performing repetitive tasks.
* Must have a positive attitude and work well with others in a team environment.
* Willing to learn about, operate, and maintain facility equipment in a safe manner.
* Able to understand proper and safe handling of hazardous materials.
* Must have effective time management and multitasking skills.
* Must have strong computer skills.
* Ability to safely climb, squat, bend, twist, kneel and stand for at least 8 hours per day, and lift up to 50 pounds.
* Must be authorized to work in the United States.
* Must be 21 years of age or older and able to successfully register with the state's cannabis commission as an agent.
* Must comply with all laws, regulations, and policies associated with the industry.
Preferred Qualifications
* Associate degree, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent in a scientific discipline preferred.
* Previous experience in a regulated production facility (food, beverage, CPG, etc.) preferred.
