You get to meet all type of people from all over the country/world. It is a nice paced work load/duties where anyone that is serious about doing this kind of work can learn relatively easy and well. Almost all of the duties are hands on which makes it to where you hardly ever get bored.
The turnover rate is not to much lower than any of the other companies in the world and it seems like alot of people are unaware of this company and the vastness of them. This company literally does security for places all over the country and the world.
That it is not always fast paced. Me being 43 when I got hired for this job, I did not want to have to come to a job that took everything out of me and make it to where when i got home to my boys I didn't have the energy or good mood or attitude to be there for them in the many ways a child needs. With this job I am able to get time away from home for myself and provide for my family and still be the mother that I always want to be for them.
That when I mentioned to them the Newest Goal that I and my sons had made was to move out of the state I am in and start the best of our lives yet somewhere other than here they immediately said for me to reach out to them and they would do what they could to help me transfer so I could continue to stay working for the company.
I would improve it by making sure that the line of communication is clear and constant. That there was no breaks in between and person or time between conversations. I would make sure that everyone was always positive and always communicate any and all situations or moments with there employers as well as employees and co-workers
By making sure that I have anything and everything I might possibly need or the company would want in order to secure employment. I made sure I did not apply unless I had reliable transportation that I myself owned, as well as made sure I took pride in my apperance and deminure
I am not sure considering this is my first ever security postion.
I feel like every person and company should and can always strive to make it better for all.
Getting to meet so many new people and show them that there are positive and friendly efficient individuals still in the work force.
