Role Overview

Prepare and deliver detailed investment performance reports and market updates to internal stakeholders and external partners. Ensure timely, clear, and professional reporting in line with contractual obligations.
Stakeholder Engagement
Maintain strong working relationships with property owners, operating partners, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution across the lifecycle of each investment.
Team Collaboration & Mentorship
Contribute to a high-performing asset management team by supporting collective goals, mentoring junior staff, and sharing insights that enhance team and asset performance.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or a related field required; MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
2-5 years of experience in real estate asset management.
Strong command of real estate valuation, financial modeling, and investment analysis, including expertise with Excel and Argus.
Ability to draft concise yet detailed approval memos for key decisions (e.g., buy/sell/hold, refinancing, capital expenditure).
Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to translate complex financial concepts into clear business language.

Vessel Maintenance & Administration
Oversee the vessel's daily operational readiness, including logs, checklists, safety equipment, and mechanical checks.
Report mechanical issues or maintenance needs promptly.
Maintain accurate voyage logs, passenger counts, fuel records, incident reports, and required documentation.
Support seasonal startup and shutdown operations, including equipment checks and regulatory inspections.
Oversee all vessel fueling operations to ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental protection rules, and spill-prevention protocols.
Verify accurate and complete fuel logs and ensure crew are trained and compliant with fueling procedures.

Qualifications
U.S. Coast Guard Master's License appropriate for 50-ton vessel with Passenger Endorsement.
Radar endorsement, FCC Marine Radio Operator Permit, and all required USCG credentials.
Prior experience operating passenger vessels in similar marine environments; Alaska or remote operations experience strongly preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and situational awareness skills.
Excellent judgment and ability to remain calm under pressure.
Knowledge of maritime safety, emergency procedures, and wildlife-viewing regulations.
Ability to supervise a diverse crew and deliver exceptional guest service.
Physical & Environmental Requirements
Ability to stand for extended periods while navigating the vessel.
Comfortable working in marine and coastal conditions with variable weather, cold, wind, and long days.
Ability to assist in emergency situations, including moving equipment or aiding passengers.
Must be able to work early mornings, long tour days (8-9 hours on the water), weekends, and holidays.

The Role

Professional Experience

Extensive experience with financial management, budgeting, accounting and investment at a scale comparable to MHP.
Experience reporting to a CEO and being part of a senior management team.

Responsibilities
Work in an acute care hospital setting in the Telemetry Float Pool
Float between Telemetry, Neuro Telemetry, and MedSurg units across two campuses located 9 miles apart
Patient population includes cardiac, neuro, post-surgical, orthopedic, oncology, and general MedSurg patients age 15 and older
Typical nurse-to-patient ratios are 1:3-4 on Telemetry and Neuro units, and 1:4 on MedSurg units
Centralized telemetry monitoring with expectation to interpret EKGs
Use of Cerner EMR system
Must work four weekend shifts per schedule and two of three major holidays
Twelve-hour night shifts (7pm-7am)
Possible mid-shift floating between units or campuses with notification 1.5 hours before shift
First to float requirement
No pediatric patients and no ventilator management
Primary responsibilities include caring for cardiac, neuro, surgical, ortho, and oncology patients on various Tele and MedSurg units
Will receive 2 days of floor-specific orientation per unit
