Greene Resources is seeking a Grading Foreman to join a growing and dynamic team! The Grading Foreman supervises and works alongside a crew of employees and occasionally subcontractors when needed to assist in the installation and construction of grading projects. The incumbent will supervise work through the planning and scheduling of work and the review and approval of tasks.
Job Description:
Fulfill all regular and advanced installation/construction duties, including project layout, and complete required paperwork.
Ensure compliance of production staff with all policies and procedures, OSHA, MSHA, and NCDOT guidelines.
Maintain a clean and orderly work area and meet other housekeeping needs as required.
Follow all requirements listed in the Supervisor Safety Procedure Manual (SSPM), including, but not limited to, safety training, emergency procedures, accident reporting and investigation, and employee observations.
Read and follow plans, material lists, and guidelines, and apply necessary timelines.
Organize, supervise, lead, and train employees.
Submit timesheets to payroll by the required deadline.
Provide leadership to others through example and sharing of knowledge/skills.
Comply with all safety policies, procedures, and established safe practices and report all unsafe conditions and actions to a supervisor.
Attend meetings as required and perform other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements:

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Must possess a deep understanding of AEM's Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Health & Safety Management System and ensure project operations are consistently adhering to these procedures.
As the site safety ambassador, you will be expected to ensure all work is conducted in a safe and healthy manner, ensure the weekly safety meeting are managed, attend client safety meetings as required and uphold the AEM safety policies and described in the SOP. Oversee the work, progress and productivity of AEM personnel assigned to the site or project.
Generate Inspection Progress Reports and distribute as per site-specific distribution lists.
Perform daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly QA/QC activities in accordance with AEM's SOP.
Oversee the integrity, accuracy and security of all data maintained by the project's LDAR data management system which includes the information contained on all reports issued to AEM and project site personnel.
Use LDAR data management system to ensure compliance with all inventorying, monitoring, repair and reinspection requirements as dictated by applicable regulations.
Generate and maintain required reports for customer to measure productivity and ensure schedules are being met.
Ensure operational and quality compliance issues are rectified immediately.
Participate in new hire recruiting and interviewing. Lead new hire on-boarding which includes conducting and/or overseeing new hire initial training.
Ensure the accuracy and quality of the precision calibration procedures executed for monitoring instruments per EPA Method 21.
Maintain inventory of all company equipment, ensure preventative maintenance steps are implemented and address damaged equipment needing repair.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

May be required to carry a testing device, data logger, hand tools and miscellaneous equipment that weigh about 15-20 lbs. The testing devices are carried in a backpack. Other tools and equipment are carried on a tool belt or in pockets.

Skills and Knowledge: The SiteSupervisor shall be able to lead the CFT in the performance of Intermediate level (I-Level) repair support for the, T56 Power Section Assembly (PSA), T56 Reduction Gear Assembly (RGA), T56 Torquemeter (T/M), T56 Turbine Unit Change Assembly (TUCA) and T-56 Quick Engine Change Assembly (QECA). All these items comprise the T56 Turboprop Engine.
Task Requirements:
Performs duties as primary interface with Contracting Officer Representative (COR) and submits required reports accordingly including but not limited to: Certificate Of Completion and Acceptance (COCA), Certificate of Service (COS), Manning Reports, Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL), etc.
Performs duties as primary interface with Corporate CFT Program Manager and submits required reports accordingly including but not limited to: Certificate Of Completion and Acceptance (COCA), Certificate of Service (COS), Manning Reports, Weekly Activity Report, Payroll, Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL), etc.
Performs duties as primary interface with Corporate Director of Quality and submits required reports accordingly.
Provides local oversight of Quality Management System (QMS), training and safety programs.
Accountable for assigned Company Owned Property, Government Furnished Property, and Government Furnished Equipment.
Documents work performed on appropriate forms, electronic database and definitive sheets, as required.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications
Extensive knowledge of Air Force Aviation Maintenance Procedures with a minimum of 20 years' experience and 10 years' experience supporting T56 engines and propellers.
Eight years as a Maintenance Officer or senior maintenance NCO responsible for Air Force Maintenance Program with a minimum 8 years of experience supervising aviation maintenance support requirements or civilian equivalents.
Basic Qualifications
Extensive knowledge of Aviation Maintenance Program with a minimum of 8 years experience.
A minimum of 5 years as a Maintenance Officer or senior maintenance NCO responsible for an Air Force Aviation Maintenance Program with a minimum 5 years of experience supervising aircraft maintenance support requirements or civilian equivalents.
Site Manager shall possess required training, qualifications, proficiency, and security clearances and satisfy all access requirements prior to commencement of work.
Compensation
$86,000/year

Employees receive a health and welfare benefit of $4.00 per hour paid up to 40 hours per week.

Job Title: SiteSupervisor (E-2D, MH-60R, MH-60S and P-8A)
Task Description:
The SiteSupervisor will be the primary interface for the Contract Field Team (CFT) at VX-1, NAS Patuxent River, MD providing Flight Line maintenance support on E-2D, MH-60R, MH-60S and P-8A aircraft. Supervise day-to-day organizational level support maintenance in accordance with (IAW) the scope of the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Coordinate and manage technical and administrative operations and all other aspects of support program to ensure timely availability of weapon systems to meet specified operational requirements. Ensure Contractor Maintenance Services (CMS) meet or exceed contract performance requirements. Provide expertise and advice on technical and logistical matters and the effective use of CMS efforts. Coordinate maintenance program IAW all applicable Naval maintenance management documents and directives.
