Paid Holidays Generous referral bonuses Primary responsibilities for Manufacturing Machine Operators include: Maintain equipment in excellent working condition Ensure 100% on-time delivery and meet product quality and specification requirements Apply and improve Lean Manufacturing and 5S standards Follow all work instructions and traceability procedures to ensure process standardization and compliance Support and conform to ISO 14001/45001 HSE policies, procedures, and work instructions Escalate quality or production issues to Team Leader or Shift Leader as needed Work flexibly to meet customer demands and production needs Demonstrate company values, ethical behavior, and accountability Ensure safety of all personnel and visitors in the work area Perform additional tasks as assigned by the company Requirements: High school diploma or GED At least 1 year of prior machine operation, production, or assembly experience, preferably in an automotive environment Reliable, detail-oriented, with a strong record of good attendance Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Willingness and availability to work various shifts (days, afternoons, midnights) Availability for mandatory overtime and weekend hours as required Commitment to following safety, health, and environmental policies, adhering to work instructions consistently, and upholding company values, ethics, and code of conduct Flexibility to meet production and customer demands Available Shifts: Day shift: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM Afternoon shift: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM Night shift: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM For instant consideration for this position, click Apply Now!
