The role's overall responsibility is to coordinate and enhance the execution of security and compliance testing processes. This role's primary function is to to consult, coordinate, and facilitate, prepare and execute application security testing.
Job Details:

Responsibilities:- Define and enhance capabilities to support security testing- Coordinate the execution of the testing processes annually which includes a combination of required testing, recurring business as usual testing, and unscheduled ad hoc testing- Perform activities to facilitate security testing, including coordinating and convening stakeholders, setting timelines, establishing testing requirements, setting expectations, and resolving questions and roadblocks during the testing process- Perform activities to facilitate remediation planning with stakeholders to reach agreement and commitment to remediation plans- Enter documented remediation plans into the enterprise security issues tracker- Provide reporting and metrics on the security testing process for regular consumption by security leadership- Provide guidance, real-time feedback, and annual performance reviews to direct reports

Qualifications: - Bachelors in Computer or Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Management, Information Science or a related technical field - 5+ years of overall work experience - 3+ years of experience working in information security or information technology roles - Knowledge of project management approaches and coordination of short and medium duration projects - Knowledge of vulnerability management related to Infrastructure, Applications, and Networking - Experience developing, implementing, and leading service-oriented security testing programs - Demonstrated ability to interact with business and technical audiences across all levels of an organization - Security knowledge across multiple security domains and technologies (e.g., operating systems, databases, networking, applications, identity and access management) - Knowledge of and experience working in Windows and Linux environments - Experience designing and engineering operational processes - Experience prioritizing and managing multiple projects with competing priorities - Demonstrated ability to maintain calm and focus during time-constrained situations
