Cons of working at Securitize

TA Department is the worst. COO has no prior leadership experience. Managing Director isn't educated at all--no degrees and no leadership experience. They are essentially faking it until they make it. Pay is not the market average. Very disorganized. Leadership team has harrased staff and encourages a hostile work environment.

What do you like best about Securitize's CEO and the leadership team?

He was is Florida. Pretty arrogant guy. Frankly, he surrounded himself with yes men. NOT A SINGLE FEMALE OFFICER.

How would you improve Securitize's culture?

Hire staff with actual leadership skills.

How does your compensation at Securitize compare to the industry average?

It was awful. Also denied bonuses while sharing with the staff how well the company was doing. Few months later they partnered with BlackRock and raised a ton of funds.

What's the diversity at Securitize like?

CEO is from Spain and they seem to hire a ton of Latinos. Not many African Americans at all. Handful of Asians--most in the Japan market, so it makes sense.

What brings you the most joy at Securitize?

Nothing brought me joy. They encouraged a toxic workplace environment in the TA office.
