Position Overview:
The Senior Commercial Real Estate Banker - VP/SVP is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of commercial real estate clients within the Wintrust footprint. This position provides exceptional service to build and strengthen customer relationships by promoting products and services as appropriate to identify and fulfill customer needs. Responsible for new business development through referral sources and cold calling efforts.
What You'll Do:
Responsible for developing new prospects, managing and growing a portfolio of existing commercial real estate relationships.
Experience in variety of real estate transactions including multifamily, retail, industrial, office, self-storage, land development and commercial construction loans.
Experience with maintaining and managing a portfolio, with ability to build relationships with existing and prospective customers focusing on revenue growth, fee income, deposits and cross-selling services
Participation and knowledge within loan syndications and maintaining those relationships
Network with variety of CRE COI's, investors and attorneys to establish a referral base.
Prepare, review and present credit memos to senior management while maintaining structures within credit guidelines.
Prepare and present deal terms to clients in a timely and accurate manner.
Oversee the review and underwriting of credit requests internally while making recommendations for approval to senior management.
Provide leadership in the development of less experienced commercial real estate lenders and portfolio managers.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (Business, Finance, Economics, or Accounting preferred)
Solid understanding of general credit and risk principles, and banking policies/procedures; formal credit training is preferred
Minimum 7+ years of credit and commercial real estate lending experience combined
Exceptional written, verbal, negotiation, and presentation skills
Excellent analytical and organization skills with the ability to prioritize workflow

At Midland States Bank, base salary is one component of our Total Rewards program. Exact compensation is determined by factors such as (but not limited to) education, skills, internal equity, and experience. Position Summary
The Senior Commercial Relationship Mgr (SCRM) role is responsible for identifying and developing new client relationships for Midland States Bank. The role is also responsible for maintaining and expanding the relationships with existing clients that are either inherited or developed by the Senior Commercial Relationship Mgr (SCRM). The Senior Commercial Relationship Mgr (SCRM) is to act in an advisory capacity with those prospects and clients internally, bringing all the available resources of Midland States Bank to assist them. This role will also function as an advocate for the clients and prospects inside the bank, pursuing mutually beneficial solutions for the client / prospect and MSB. Additionally, this role will develop and maintain an active network of centers of influence within the market. The focus will be on both Commercial Real Estate and Commercial & Industrial opportunities. Primary Accountabilities
Proven ability to generate a minimum of $15MM in new loan commitments on an annual basis.
Ability to collect a minimum of $30,000 in loan fees annually.
Maintain an active list of loan and depository prospects and conduct well planned and value-added joint calls.
Develop a comprehensive plan for all clients and prospects on how to refer and bring other MSB resources to the relationship on an ongoing basis.
Ability to analyze financial data, structure and negotiate transactions, and perform on-going credit maintenance items.
Holds delinquencies to a minimum by aggressively collecting past due loans, and also assures that all clients provide required reporting information in a timely manner.
Maintain compliance with all applicable regulations.
Provide assistance as a team resource in commercial meetings and activities.
Proficiency in applicable computer systems such as programs that pertain to the related position.
Complete all training as required.

Liquidity & Cash Management: Oversee daily cash position, short and long-term liquidity planning, and intraday funding needs to ensure optimal use of resources.

Compensation and Benefits
For Illinois Only: It is expected that the base salary range for this position will be $110,000 to $145,000 for an Assistant Vice President. Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $85,000 and $140,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.

SUMMARY
E*TRADE Financial is looking for an experienced candidate with a solid background in Retail Trading platforms. Knowledge of retail brokerage operations and trading including equities, options, and futures trading is necessary. Additional knowledge around trading tools and features such as options chains, charts, buying power, and margin and risk vetting systems will be a valuable skill set.
The primary responsibility of the position is to lead initiatives within the Trading Product team to implement new products or features that will enhance the client experience. The role requires the candidate to oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle - including requirements gathering, development support, pre and post launch strategy - for a variety of products in the assigned portfolios.
The desired candidate should be a self-starter, a problem solver and must be driven to solve complex business issues.
RESPONSIBILITIES
> Lead new initiatives to introduce new functionality designed to enhance the trading experience
> Perform in depth analysis with key stakeholders to identify areas of revenue opportunities and put forward a plan to implement required changes
> Assist and lead, where applicable, in developing and communicating strategy for individual products based upon understanding of market, competition, regulatory, and legislative trends
> Work with Risk and Service partners to identify system or experience gaps that need to be addressed.
> Provide Product Support: Research and resolve complex issues related to assigned products or core competency
> Work with various stakeholders through the agile framework to fix existing issues and/or bring new initiatives to light.
> Work and build solid relationship with key stakeholders - including Operations, Customer Service, Marketing, Technology and Quality Assurance teams - to deliver simple, elegant and defect free products
> Champion new products throughout the organization
> Conduct and monitor the competitive landscape and propose actionable recommendations aligned with the company's roadmap Basic
> 5 years of experience in Product Management preferably in the Financial Services Industry
> Bachelor's degree

Salary range for the position: $85,000 and $140,000 per year. The successful candidate may be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. The Relationship Manager, Business Banking is responsible for the acquisition, retention and expansion of new and existing loans, deposit, and treasury relationships. This role will cover the Lincoln Park, Wrigleyville and Roscoe Village neighborhoods.
What You'll Do
Responsible for annual goals tied to loan and deposit volume, cross-sales, call planning/prospecting and fee income generation
Manage and grow existing customer relationships with businesses that generally have up to $25M in revenue
Negotiate proper loan structure and effectively cross-sell products
Maintain properly documented files, manage renewals and collection efforts on past dues and defaulted loans
Build and manage a professional network of COI's and referral sources
Maintain a stable network of prospective customers with a consistent approach to calling

Qualifications
