About the Role: As an Operations Business Analyst, you'll be an integral part of a collaborative, agile team. You'll design, analyze, and implement innovative solutions that drive efficiency and exceed expectations.
The Operations Business Analyst position reports to the Director of Retirement Plans and will work in our home office in Topeka, Kansas. We work a hybrid schedule with both remote and on-site work.
The ideal candidate will excel in data analysis, reporting, and complex issue resolution.
Problem solving and issue resolution:
Address and resolve client inquiries or escalations promptly
Implement solutions for operational challenges, maintaining high service standards
Serve as primary contact to advisors and/or plan sponsors, maintaining and strengthening key relationships
Retrieve and manipulate data for reporting purposes to support strategic decision-making
Preparing technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends using Microsoft Excel and SQL
Review and process new plan implementation documents through our established intake procedures
Functioning as a liaison between our shared service providers and other internal or external teams and contacts to streamline administrative processes
Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes and ensure compliance with industry standards
What We're Looking For:
An experienced Business Analyst with 0-2 years' experience in financial services, with a key focus in operations
Have a bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred. Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
Possess the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Possess an analytical mindset with a focus on delivering digital client solutions
Proficient knowledge in Salesforce is preferred
Solid skills in Microsoft Excel including data analysis and report creation
Solid knowledge of SQL for querying and manipulating data
Strong critical thinking to identify solutions and improve processes
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Possess strong relationship building skills with the ability to interact positively and successfully with internal and external customers, and all levels of staff and management to meet business needs

Lead incident response, root-cause analysis, and post-mortem reviews to drive continuous improvement.

Maintain vendor and partner relationships for escalation and support continuity.
Strategic & Business Alignment

What We're Looking For:
8+ years of experience in IT service desk operations or technical support management roles
6+ Leadership experience in regulated IT environments (finance or healthcare preferred)

What You Will Do

What You Will Do

About the Role: The Senior IAM Engineer will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions, serving as the primary subject matter expert for CyberArk across the organization. This role requires advanced technical skills in CyberArk architecture, deployment, and operations, as well as a strong understanding of identity governance, access management, and security best practices.
The Senior IAM Engineer position reports to the Manager, Identity and Security Operations and can be based out of our home office in Topeka, Kansas, our Overland Park, Kansas office or remotely for the right candidate. We work a hybrid schedule, offering flexibility to work both remotely and on-site.
What Does the Job Look Like?
The ideal candidate will architect end-to-end privileged access solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure the success of CyberArk deployments, while supporting integrations with SailPoint and other IAM platforms.
CyberArk Architecture & Implementation: Design, architect, and deploy enterprise-grade CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions that align with organizational security and compliance objectives.
Identity & Access Architecture Leadership: Lead the technical design and implementation of broader Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions across the enterprise, ensuring scalability, automation, and alignment with business and security requirements.
Scripting & Automation: Develop and maintain automation scripts (e.g., PowerShell, Python, REST APIs) to enhance provisioning, access control, and system monitoring processes.
Security Engineering & Hardening: Implement secure configurations, patch management, and least privilege models across CyberArk components and integrated systems. Perform security baseline and hardening in line with industry (NIST, CIS) benchmarks.
Threat Detection & Response: Collaborate with Security Operations to monitor privileged accounts for anomalies or abuse, participate in incident investigations, and contribute to response for security events.
Integration Leadership: Lead integrations between CyberArk and enterprise identity, authentication solutions (e.g., Azure AD/Entra ID, Okta, AWS IAM).
Governance & Compliance: Ensure PAM and IAM controls meet regulatory and audit requirements (NIST, SOX, NYDFS). Maintain thorough documentation and evidence for audits.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with infrastructure, application, and audit teams to translate privileged access requirements into secure, scalable designs.
Mentorship & Continuous Improvement: Provide technical mentorship, promote security best practices, and contribute to the evolution of enterprise IAM standards and security posture.
What We're Looking For:
CyberArk Privilege Cloud & ISPSS Expertise: 8+ years proven experience implementing, configuring, and managing CyberArk Privilege Cloud and Identity Security Platform Shared Services (ISPSS) in enterprise environments. Deep understanding of secure design, onboarding, policy configuration, and lifecycle management in cloud-native deployments.
Architecture & Design: Strong background in designing scalable and secure CyberArk Privilege Cloud architectures that integrate with hybrid identity environments (on-prem, AWS, Azure).
Identity & Access Management: Broad understanding of IAM principles including authentication, authorization, SSO, MFA, and directory services (Active Directory, Azure AD, Okta).
Scripting & Automation: Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, or REST APIs to automate PAM operations, onboarding, and integrations across CyberArk and related systems.
Integration Experience: Demonstrated success integrating CyberArk Privilege Cloud with enterprise platforms such as IDPs (Entra ID, Okta), ITSM (Jira Service Management, ServiceNow), and identity governance solutions (SailPoint).
Compliance & governance: Knowledge of regulatory and security frameworks such as NIST, CIS, SOX, and NYDFS, with the ability to map PAM controls to compliance requirements.
Cloud & Infrastructure Security: Experience managing privileged access and secrets in AWS and Azure environments, leveraging CyberArk's cloud connectors and ISPSS services.
(Preferred) Automation & DevOps Integration: Proficiency integrating PAM solutions into CI/CD pipelines, cloud-native platforms, and DevOps workflows.
(Preferred) Governance, Monitoring & Continuous Improvement: Familiarity with automating access reviews, integrating PAM telemetry into SIEM platforms (InsightIDR, Sentinel), and driving ongoing security posture enhancements.
(Preferred) Certifications: CyberArk Guardian, CyberArk Sentry, CyberArk Defender, CISSP, GIAC Certifications, or similar credentials.

About the Role: As a Valuation Actuarial Intern, you'll be an integral part of a collaborative, agile team. You'll design, analyze, and implement innovative solutions that drive efficiency and exceed expectations. What We're Looking For:

Full-time college student in Mathematics, Actuarial Sciences, Finance or Computer Science at the sophomore to graduate level

What Does the Job Look Like?
The position is responsible for design, development, testing, and maintenance of software systems, databases, application integrations and valuation models across the derivatives and Investments portfolios. The position will work with derivatives trading, operations teams and collaborate with internal IT teams, technology/software vendors for system implementations.
Participate in Design, development, and testing of software solutions from Quantitative Trading business requirements and/or application specifications to packaged custom software.
Contribute Automation and refactoring of existing system and develop future software solutions

Who Are You?
Master's degree in computer science, financial engineering, financial mathematics, risk management, mathematics, quantitative finance, or related concentration.
Experience or professional knowledge in quantitative analysis, statistics, financial mathematics
Understanding or experience in sql and no-sql databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB
Experience in a scripting, objected-oriented programming languages such as C#, Python, Matlab, Go
Experience or knowledge in using development tools such as visual studio code, PyCharm
Experience or good knowledge in AWS Cloud
