What will you do (responsibilities)?
Since CBI is the largest regional security company in Utah, you will be a vital link to smooth, efficient and effective operations. However, in general you will be responsible for:
- Responding to phone calls from a wide variety of team members and customers, as well as law enforcement and emergency personnel with professionalism and respect.
- Interface effectively with team members and customers, vital information on issues and schedules.
- Accomplish data entry responsibilities for scheduling, call offs and message distribution
- Detailing an accurate record of daily activities which transpire on sites and in the corporate office. These records might include damage to property or equipment, theft, trespassing or other unusual /irregular activities.
- Enable the success and safety of security officers and patrol officers in the field through hourly security checks.
What do we require to hire?
- Must be 18 years or older
- Weekend and Grave shift (11pm-7am) availability
- Need to be able to pass drug and background check
- Proficient and clear ability to use computers and handle multiple software applications as well as on tablets and smartphones.
