Gamma Team Security Inc provides professional security services across multiple states. We are currently seeking Unarmed Security Guards (Part Time) to work at various locations and facilities throughout the state of Michigan. This position involves providing a safe and secure environment for clients, employees, and visitors at assigned sites.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct routine foot or vehicle patrols of assigned areas (interior and exterior).
Monitor surveillance cameras, access control systems, and alarm equipment.
Manage facility access by verifying identification, issuing visitor passes, and documenting entries.
Observe, identify, and report suspicious behavior, hazards, or policy violations.
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and emergencies in a calm and professional manner.
Maintain order, protect property, and ensure the safety of employees and visitors.
Prepare accurate and timely daily activity logs and incident reports.
Communicate effectively with supervisors, clients, and emergency personnel when necessary.
Follow all company procedures, client protocols, and applicable state and federal regulations.
Unarmed Security Guard Requirements
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
Valid Michigan Drivers License
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must be a U.S. citizen or legal resident
Minimum 1 year of experience in one of the following:
- Law enforcement
- Military service
- Employment with a licensed security agency
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
Must not have any felony convictions
Must be mentally and emotionally fit to perform security duties
Must be in good physical condition
Must not have been adjudged mentally incompetent, unless legally restored by court order
Must have no outstanding warrants
Must be willing to have fingerprints taken
Must pass drug screening and have no substance dependency.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous security, customer service, military, or law enforcement experience.
Experience with security technology and reporting systems.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain composed under pressure.
Work Environment
This position involves working indoors and outdoors, sometimes in varying weather conditions. Officers must maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times and follow all safety protocols.

Responsible for maintaining close, continuous surveillance of all gaming areas and the entire property, in order to protect life and property at the casino.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
Monitor all areas of the casino property to identify potential security and/or safety risks and report them to the appropriate individual or entity for proper resolution.
Must maintain confidentiality of all privileged information in accordance with established company policies and procedures and PBGC Gaming Regulations.

Attend scheduled departmental meetings and/or training sessions.
Provide suggestions and recommendations with regard to possible changes in the policies and procedures of other departments, with the protection of casino assets in mind, as appropriate.
Must remain engaged and committed to continuous training and development of knowledge and skill relating to effective surveillance observations, casino game play, detection of casino schemes, detecting internal theft and suspicious activity.
