Qualifications * 5+ years of experience in IT support, system administration, or a related role. * Strong expertise in Windows Desktop, Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 administration. * Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting network infrastructure (firewalls, routers, switches, VPNs). * Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, and Proxmox) * Knowledge of security best practices, including endpoint protection, patch management, and compliance standards. * Ability to communicate technical issues to technical and non-technical employees * Ability to organize, prioritize, and meet established deadlines * Quick analytic response to resolve issues in any situation * Self-motivated and willing to learn, as well as always finding the solution * Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in an IT support role * An IT related college or technical degree required (or equivalent relevant experience) * Travel to other office locations as needed Preferred Qualifications * Experience in construction, manufacturing, or similarly distributed environments * Familiarity with security frameworks (NIST, CIS, ISO 27001) * Experience with MDR and SIEM management tools * Knowledge of backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning (Veeam) * Relevant certifications (Microsoft, Azure, Security+, CISSP, or similar) Core Competencies * Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills * Security-first mindset with practical risk management * Clear written and verbal communication * Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a dynamic environment
