Previous to the security industry Matt spent 10 years in the retail space where he gained experiences in all aspects of running a business and gained a passion for customer service.Throughout Matt’s career, he has built, managed, and directed local, regional, and national teams. Pros of working at SEi Security

Most of the Coworkers were great, and would help to understand products that were being installed

Cons of working at SEi Security

Management is absolutely horrible. The operations manager liked to pretend he was still in law enforcement. He would talk to people with little respect. Jobs were always bid, then expected to be done well under hours. They would charge the customer for lift rental, and make the technicians work off a ladder.
