What You'll Do: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations as appropriate. Monitor access points to help control entry and exit of individuals, vehicles, and/or materials at the location. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns. Maintain accurate records of access control activities, visitor logs, and incident reports as required by site procedures. Communicate with site personnel, visitors, and Allied Universal management regarding security-related matters and/or incidents. Support adherence to food and beverage industry regulations and protocols as directed by site leadership. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
