This role involves responding to security incidents and maintaining site facilities. * Assist in developing and implementing security protocols to protect the construction site, personnel, and equipment from theft, vandalism, and other security threats. * Respond promptly to security incidents, conduct investigations, and report findings to the Security and Site Facility Supervisor. * Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of site facilities, including offices, restrooms, and common areas. * Ensure all site facilities comply with health and safety regulations and standards. * Maintain accurate records of security incidents, maintenance activities, and facility inspections. * Maintain effective communication with managers and team members to ensure smooth workflow and project progress. * Oversee a subcontractor team, ensuring their work aligns with project requirements and standards. * Perform other related duties as assigned, promoting a positive team environment and a culture of collaboration.
