Clearance: ACTIVE Top-Secret The SSC positions will be established for projects where a SSM is not available to assist the cognizant officer with post managed projects. The SSC will assist the DoS officials, coordinate security and other requirements with the key project officials and provide reports back to Security Operations in Washington DC. This position requires exceptional administrative skills such as proficiency with computers, multi-tasking, and an overall understanding of the Security Management Program. ROLE DESCRIPTION This role supports the security, facility, and technical compliance activities for Intelsat US LLC and its subsidiary organization, Intelsat General Communications LLC. The role is critical to ensuring the management of activities related to the company's personnel, facilities, operations, and communications security activities, especially regarding classified programs for the U.S. Department of Defense ("DoD"), Intelligence Community ("IC"), Special Access Programs ("SAP"), and other sensitive customer programs. Position Type:Full time, W2 salaried plus benefits Clearance: TS/SCI Shifts:6pm - 6am (alternating 3 days first week and 4 days next week) Duties: Physical Security:Assist in performing walkthroughs, inspections Indoctrinations and Debriefings: Conduct security indoctrinations into sensitive and classified programs, schedule polygraphs, investigate and reporting security violations, review and submit security clearance background investigations, administer and submit fingerprints, prepare foreign born waiver packages, other personnel security tasks Badging: Program badges and verify security badges within 24 hours of request Visitor Control: Provide escorting services as needed and provide font desk support Meetings: Participate in meetings and offering subject matter expertise Facility Closing: Conduct security walkthrough of the facility Qualifications: Associates Degree or Bachelors Degree (preferred) 4+ years relevant experience in lieu of a Degree 2+ years experience providing administrative and physical security for a Government Agency 2+ years in a customer supporting role Knowledge of Intrusion Detection Systems, UL 2050 certified IDS, commonly used Government approved devices, safes, storage containers, locks, locking systems, and personnel entry control system Working knowledge of JPAS DISS, and Scattered Castles

The Cleared Security Escort is responsible for monitoring and accompanying authorized and non-cleared personnel within secure facilities to ensure compliance with all safety and security requirements. This role safeguards classified areas by observing work activities, preventing unauthorized access, and ensuring adherence to established protocols. The Security Escort serves as a visible and professional presence, always ensuring operational integrity and safety. Responsibilities: * Observe personnel under escort to ensure compliance with security and safety procedures. * Maintain continuous visual contact with individuals in secure areas. * Immediately stop any unsafe or unsecure work to prevent injury or security compromise. * Report all non-compliance issues regarding safety, security, or scope of work to the Escort Supervisor. * Escalate incidents promptly to ensure timely resolution. * Serve as a professional representative of the organization while interacting with escorted personnel. * Maintain situational awareness and remain alert to potential safety or security risks. Qualifications: U.S. Citizenship required. Minimum 18 years old. High School Diploma or GED. Active and current Top Secret clearance or Higher. Strong verbal communication skills. Ability to interpret documents and apply rules and procedures accurately. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Work Environment: Secure facility environment; may involve extended periods of standing and walking. Shift work, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, may be required.
