Implements and monitors all related SOPs, Mission Vision, and Values in a courteous and restrained manner in coping with emergencies, undesired conduct, disturbances, and threats. Patrol, walk, and climb stairs, and walk docks of the interior and exterior perimeter of the Club/Marina to observe and identify potential security and safety risks or undesirable conditions. Maintain order in the Club/Marina, dealing with the welfare of members/guests Coordinate expedient response to emergency conditions such as fire, fire or safety hazards, and threats to life and/or property in a calm, rational, and persuasive manner. Handle undesired conduct and potential violations of Club policy as warranted for the security and safety of Club members/guests and employees. Watch for suspicious persons entering, exiting, or loitering around the Club/Marina areas. Conduct walkthrough observations of the entire Marina/Docks. Promote safe work practices. Observe the security monitors for any unusual activity and in the case of suspicious behavior report directly, via radio, to FICA Public Safety; report any alarms similarly. Monitor life safety system installed at the Marina including AED, alarm pull stations, fire extinguishers, and sprinklers. Displays leadership in guest hospitality, exemplifies excellent customer service and creates a positive atmosphere for others.
