DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Patrols assigned site on foot; checks for unsafe conditions, hazards, unlocked doors, security violations Monitors entrances and exits to prevent unauthorized or unlawful entry, maintaining control over the movement of individuals and vehicles, as well as parking Performs periodic inspections to detect irregularities and ensure the functionality of protection devices and fire control equipment Responds promptly to unusual or emergency situations at client's site using the appropriate escalation of force by following established protocol. Maintains proficiency in the use of all assigned protective equipment, restraint devices and weapons. Manage access to the client's site or facility through a structured admittance process, effectively preventing unauthorized entry and safeguarding physical assets from theft or damage Observes and reports activities and incidents, prioritizing the security and safety of the client's property and personnel Maintains order and enforces regulations and directives pertaining to personnel, visitors, and premises Promptly reports any incidents or suspicious activity to client representatives or company management for appropriate action QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma or equivalent required. Must have previous security experience working in night shift. Valid D License required; possession of a G License is preferred. Your Role as a Protector: Monitor property while utilizing the tools and technology of a GDBA Command Center Screen visitors and vendors; control all access to protected site Coordinate and execute security plans and respond to medical emergencies Provide physical protection and logistical support at clients' homes and when they travel Provide secure transportation as needed Survey and prepare (advance) locations prior to arrival of client Prepare detailed documentation of suspicious activity Create and maintain readiness to meet any threat Who You Are: Military, law enforcement, or experience in executive protection/security is meaningful, though not a requirement to become a GDBA Protector.
