We are seeking a highly qualified Residential Security Agent to join our team of dedicated professionals. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional judgment, integrity, and situational awareness while ensuring the safety and security of personnel, property, and visitors. This position requires extensive experience in armed security operations, superior communication skills, and the ability to respond effectively to high-pressure situations.
PAY TRANSPARENCY:
$44.50 per hour + $5.05 health and welfare
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide armed protection for personnel, facilities, and assets in accordance with company policies and client requirements.
Conduct roving patrols, access control, and perimeter security to prevent unauthorized entry, theft, vandalism, or safety hazards.
Monitor and respond to security systems, alarms, and surveillance equipment.
Screen and process all visitors, ensuring compliance with security procedures.
Identify, investigate, and report suspicious activity or safety concerns.
Maintain detailed and accurate incident and daily activity reports.
Coordinate and communicate effectively with law enforcement, emergency responders, and site leadership during incidents.
Apply de-escalation techniques and exercise sound judgment when responding to disturbances or threats.
Adhere to all use-of-force policies and maintain weapons in a safe and responsible manner.
Support a culture of safety, professionalism, and customer service at all times.
QUALIFICATIONS
Be a citizen of the United States of America.
Be at least 21 years of age. While there is no maximum age limit for RSA positions, all applicants shall be able to withstand the physical demands of the job and be capable of responding to emergency situations.
Be a high school graduate or have a General Educational Development (GED), or equivalency.
Be able to read, write, and speak the English language fluently.
Possess a valid, unrestricted (except eyeglass wear) state driver's license.
Possess one of the following qualifications:
a minimum of three years of military experience, or;
a minimum of one year of sworn law enforcement or armed contract security guard experience providing services similar to this contract requirement
Undergo a criminal background check processed by the Government.
Be free from conviction of any felony.
Be free from conviction of any misdemeanor crime of domestic violence in accordance with United States Code, Title 18 S.C. § 922(g)(9) (Lautenberg).

The incumbent functions as Security Risk Officer and is responsible for monitoring all occupational safety and security issues in all department facilities and worksites and to assist in the abatement of safety and security deficiencies in these areas. Duties and Responsibilities
Implements safety and security policies, procedures, programs and guidelines applicable to agency operations, facilities and equipment. Surveys agency facilities and worksites routinely to determine compliance with established safety standards; devises and implements measures to control and/or alleviate recognized hazards; advises Chief Operating Officer of the safety measures which may need to be immediately employed; and seals off areas until corrective action has been taken.
Plans, schedules, and conducts inspections of department facilities and worksites to identify and correct hazards and ensure compliance with established safety criteria - and then follows up to ensure that the necessary corrective actions have been taken. Serves as Liaison with national and local safety agencies (OSHA, NIOSH, NSC, HSEMA, Police and Fire Departments, etc.) to discuss improved safety and security mechanisms, techniques and technologies with these agencies. Prepares comprehensive written and oral reports of identified safety and other hazards with recommendations for corrective action.

Summary of duties:

How You'll Support the Mission

* Partner with other functions throughout the company to implement and enforce security procedures.
Minimum Qualifications
* High school diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred; further education in security administration or similar field will be an asset

Our ultimate goal is to make transportation as seamless and hassle-free as possible, so drivers can focus on delivering top-quality service to their customers.
We are currently looking for a Repossession Specialist to join our growing operations team.
Responsibilities
Contact delinquent customers to resolve outstanding debts and coordinate repossessions.
Locate and recover stolen or defaulted bikes using tracking tools and field operations.
Collaborate with law enforcement to retrieve or release stolen/confiscated bikes, including from tow yards.
Travel within Washington D.C and to other cities as needed to carry out repossessions.
Maintain accurate records in Google Sheets/Excel and submit daily status updates and end-of-day reports via company tools.
Complete additional tasks as assigned by other departments.
Requirements
Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment.
Minimum 1 year of experience in security, police, military, or a related field (preferred).
Strong multitasking, attention to detail, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to effectively communicate with law enforcement and delinquent customers.
Car ownership (preferably large enough to transport electric bikes) and willingness to use it for the job.
Comfort navigating throughout Washington and open to occasional day trips outside DC.
Benefits
Type: Part-time (1099 Contract)
Weekly Hours Requirement: 20 hours
Opportunity to transition to full-time as the business grows
Compensation:
Hourly Base Salary
Bonus: Competitive bonus structure based on volume of successful recoveries
Reimbursements: Travel costs - including gas, tolls upon request, and compensation for out-of-state trips
