Starting Pay: $20 per hour Schedule: 7am - 7pm or 7pm - 7am (2-2-3 shifts) Pay Schedule: Bi-weekly Responsibilities Security Guard Responsibilities: Document all site traffic as related to visitors, contractors, and truck drivers. This will include using multiple programs such as: Greetly - Shipping Manager - Transporeon - Web based portals. Communicate with plant staff and outside resources. This will include but not limited to: documenting and reporting call offs and late arrivals. Emergency communications with plant staff and first responders, 911 dispatch, Sheriff's office. Handling and transferring inbound phone calls to the facility to their proper points of contact. Maintain and update records for the plant. This includes but not limited to: employee training records, equipment such as fire extinguishers throughout the plant, Excel files. Keeping the property safe and in excellent condition. This includes, but not limited to: site “rounds”, documenting observations in Intelex. Maintaining phone number and key list records for the plant. Security Guard Qualifications: Must possess a strong work-ethic, and excellent attendance. Must possess strong communication skills using phone and radio. Must possess basic computer knowledge and typing skills. Must possess a willingness to excel in tasks with a detail-oriented mindset.
