The Security Specialist is responsible for performing security and safety functions within a cannabis cultivation facility. As a Security Specialist, you are responsible for providing critical security and administrative support to management. Security Specialists may be cross-trained and asked to support other departments occasionally to meet business needs. Nature Of Work The employee in this class is responsible for tasks of more than average difficulty which include: developing and supervising security and safety programs and procedures; ensuring that operations and activities are in compliance with departmental, city, state, federal, and OSHA regulations; and providing security and safety training for all WTE employees.
