The Facility Security Officer partners closely with the Industrial Security Operations team, site leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure a secure and compliant operating environment for employees, contractors, visitors, and suppliers. Role Overview The Facility Security Officer (FSO) is responsible for administering and overseeing the site's government security program in accordance with 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM). As the resident industrial security expert, you will develop, implement, and continuously improve security processes and procedures, serve as the primary interface with the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA), and ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements across programs and facilities.
