**Responsiblities**
MSTS is seeking a dynamic, self-driven, and highly motivated candidate that will assist with all aspects of the Performance Testing Section within the Performance Assurance Division.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Participating in and supporting all aspects of planning, coordination, scheduling, and conduct for performance tests to include Protective Force (PF), Physical Security Systems (PSS), Nuclear Material Control and Accountability (NMC&A), and Counter Unmanned Aerial System (CUAS). Evaluates the effectiveness of specific plans to address threats. Evaluates the effectiveness of training and supervision programs to prepare and manage Protective Force personnel in the performance of specified tasks.
+ Participates in and support exercise program ensuring compliance in accordance with DOE Order (O) 473.2A, Protective Force Operations, DOE O 470.4B, Safeguards and Security Programs, DOE O 151.1D, Comprehensive Emergency Management Program and other applicable directives.
+ Participates in and support conducting Limited Scope Performance Tests (LSPTs), Limited Notice Performance Tests (LNPTs), Alarm Response and Assessment Performance Tests (ARAPT) and document results which are provided to the Technical Analysis Section.
+ Participate in and support NMC&A performance testing in accordance with DOE O 474.2A and other applicable directives.
+ Participate in and support Physical Security Systems effectiveness testing, return to service and acceptance testing in accordance with DOE O 473.1A and other applicable directives.
+ Participate and support CUAS effectiveness testing in accordance with Orders and directives.
+ Provide support for formal test documentation.
+ Report performance testing program changes and makes recommendations on organization and staffing requirements.
+ Participation in the Human Reliability Program is required.
+ Perform other duties assigned by Management.
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree in a field related to the position or equivalent training and experience plus two years of related progressive experience.
+ Must be able to perform a crawl, duck walk, run, and occasionally lift and carry up to 60 lbs.

What you will do:

How You'll Succeed
In this role you will:
Assist Security management with planning, organizing and coordinating all security policies to make sure they are current and implemented on a regular basis.
Efficiently manages and maintains law and order, personnel and resources.
Assist patrons as needed and provide excellent customer service internally and externally.
Ensure all reports and correspondences are properly completed in a timely manner.
Maintain an open line of communication with management.
Identify security issues and develop solutions in coordination with management.
Patrol company property, protect assets and ensure safety of all guests and personnel.
Document and effectively write reports on all incidents.
Respond to and handle emergencies using the proper method while simultaneously using the correct safety procedures.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have previous Security experience and knowledge that includes:
High School Diploma or equivalent experience
Certified in CPR/First Aid and/or EMT preferred.
Encourage mutual respect, dignity and integrity with all staff by setting positive examples.
Must be 21 years of age or older.
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor.
Must be dependable.
Must be registered with Nevada Gaming Control Board.
Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid and AED certifications.
