What you need to succeed * Exceptional communication skills for effective engagement with both engineers and executives in meetings, presentations, and writing. Excel at building strong and trusted partner relationships. * 7+ years as a program manager in the security domain with portfolio-level oversight experience. Demonstrate strong knowledge in the compliance field and have worked closely with the compliance teams on projects. * Experience leading programs involving AI systems and workflows (e.g., MCP servers, RAG capabilities, LLM integrations, or related AI infrastructure). * Established history of effectively managing programs from inception, prioritizing, and strategizing to implementation, reporting, and successful delivery of intricate projects with many significant internal customers. * Demonstrated Agile practice experience in software projects and familiarity with Jira (including query and dashboarding), O365 Suite, MS Teams, SharePoint, MS Project, Excel, and Miro or equivalent experience * Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as ISO 42001, SOC2, HIPAA, PCI DSS, ISO27001, ISO27017/18, ISO22301, and Geo-compliance programs. * Preferred Certifications: CISSP, CISM, PMP, or equivalent credentials demonstrating expertise in cybersecurity and program leadership. Inspection must take place inside the catering facility or on the loading dock, and must be conducted to the extent permitted by local laws and hygiene standards. 9. Search the inside of the vehicles for weapons, explosives and other deadly or dangerous items just prior to loading catering carts. 10. Escort all catering carts from the time the monitoring/inspection is completed until the carts are loaded onto the transport vehicle. 11. After concluding the search and loading, close and seal all carts with tamper evident security seals. 12. The air carrier or representative meeting the carts at the aircraft will inspect the seal for signs of tampering prior to breaking it. 13. In the event a seal shows signs of tampering or are discovered broken, the suspect cart must be searched for weapons, explosives, and other dangerous devices prior to loading on aircraft. 14. All seals must be stored in a locked container and protected from unauthorized access. 15. Notify or ensure immediate Law Enforcement Officer and/or Airline Ground Security Coordinator notification when necessary. 16. Ensure safe handling of dangerous or deadly weapons/objects discovered until arrival of the Law Enforcement Officer. 17. Contact Law Enforcement Officer if items of contraband (illegal items) are discovered during the screening process. Maintain control of items until arrival of the L.E.O. 18. Report all Government tests, real weapons, injuries and other major incidents to supervisor immediately. 19. Keep supervisor informed of needs and problems in assigned areas, maintain cleanliness of immediate work area and report maintenance needs. 20. Project a positive image and respond to inquiries from clients, staff and public in a courteous manner. 21. Attend meetings and in-services as required. 22. Utilize appropriate communications channels and maintain records, reports and files as required. 23. Must be in proper uniform or business attire as directed by company officials. 24. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Patrol areas at regular intervals to ensure that the properties are secure and safe Write reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences Answer alarms and investigate disturbances Monitor and adjust controls that regulate building systems, such as air conditioning, furnace, or boiler Answer telephone calls to take messages, answer questions, and provide information during non-business hours or when switchboard is closed Assist with VIP and/or event crew parking Assist with crowd flow Assist guests in emergency situations, which could include medical or evacuations Assist guests with special needs Monitor safety and security conditions in area Enforce arena safety and security rules and policies Complete required training successfully Be respectful of our guest's and employee's property during screening and searches Be proactive and friendly in connecting with guests and employees Be responsible for ensuring all guests and employees are aware of Delta Center policies as they pertain to safety Ability to drive a company vehicle to the our practice facilities Protect the reputation of the company Exemplify the Delta Center mission and values: transparent, all in, community obsessed, one team, and scrappy Other duties as assigned COMPETENCIES: Instills trust - Gaining the confidence and trust of others through honesty, integrity, and authenticity.
