What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including both interior and perimeter areas, to help to deter unwanted activity. Observe and report any unusual activity or conditions to the appropriate personnel. Collaborate with site staff and Allied Universal team members to address security-related concerns as they arise. Maintain detailed and accurate records of patrols, incidents, and other security-related activities. Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points as required by site-specific policies. Minimum Requirements: Proof of high school diploma or GED is required by the client. A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred. A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred. Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
