None, leadership needs a complete overhaul
Fire just about every executive and stop pitting employees against each other. Improve PTO policies. Give opportunities for career advancement.
Interview was extremely easy. If you have even a month of experience in the position- you can get by. Except TSR’s - don’t bother applying if you don’t have very in depth knowledge.
Below average - they definitely do not want to pay for good employees. If they can get away with someone very green and pay them low, they’ll pick that every time.

Management and Pay is Sub-Par, Management is very condescending and patronizing especially at the Lincolnshire branch. They play favorites and the actual good hard working employees are worked like pack mules. Again, Sub Par Pay, terrible management with no way forward unless you know management at a personal level.
