Basic qualifications: 1+ years of customer service experience 1+ years of physical security experience in in retail, supply chain, hospitality, corporate or related setting. Proficiency in Microsoft 356 products (e.G., Teams, Excel, Outlook) Valid Minnesota Driver's license or have the ability to obtain one. Preferred qualifications: High School/GED Equivalent First Aid/CPR/AED certified. Proven ability to apply sound judgement and use discretion when dealing with sensitive and confidential information. If this is a positive experience, scheduling the candidate for 1 in-person interview with the manager of the role and 1 or two others to sit in on the panel interview. Once all qualified candidates have been interviewed, panel will debrief and provide feedback on the selected candidate.
