    Job Description Program: CORT (Community Offender Rehabilitative Treatment) This program in partnership with Sarasota County Corrections, will provide a 40 bed secure residential behavioral health treatment for male offenders who are currently incarcerated in the Sarasota County Corrections Facility. The program will offer intensive supervision and evidenced-based rehabilitation to felony offenders up to 120 days who are incarcerated and awaiting sentencing as well as those who are directly sentenced to the program to serve out the remainder of their sentence. The overall goal is to provide treatment in a secure setting with a focus on substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders, change the client's criminal thinking patterns, stabilize their substance use and/or mental illness, and assist in the transition into the community through vocational training and peer support. Position Summary: Provides safety and security to residents, staff and visitors for designated program(s).
