Requirements Requirements: 21 years of age or older Previous armed security experience required Military or law enforcement background strongly encouraged High school diploma or GED Ability to pass a background check, MVR, and drug screening CPR certified (or willing to complete provided training) Reliable personal transportation (public transit/rideshare not permitted for firearm transport) Able to train and become certified to use an approved firearm Able to safely use, maintain, operate, and manipulate a firearm, handcuffs, and other issued gear Able to wear a duty belt and exterior tactical vest (position-specific) for the duration of assigned shifts Able to stand or walk for up to eight hours at a time Able to get in and out of a vehicle frequently throughout the shift (position-specific) Able to pass the company's basic hand-to-hand defensive skills course Strong communication and situational awareness
