Job Objective: To patrol an assigned district in the City of Little Rock in order to enforce laws and ordinances. Little Rock Police Department offers: * Hiring Incentiveof $10,000 - $5000 is payable upon completion of first six months and $5000 is payable upon completion of twelve months, of 24 month probationary period. * Holiday Premiums available up to 4% of annual salary. * Starting salary of up to $67,329 dependent on experience. * Salary Step Increases up to $80,038.40 at 15 years of service. * Benefits Effective First Day of Employment With No Waiting Period * Residency Incentive Program of up to $5,000 * Longevity Pay * Shift differentials. * Second language incentives available to qualified candidates * Educational Incentives payable immediately after Academy graduation.
