Scheduling Expectations The scheduling parameters and expectations for a flex officer are different from those of an employee assigned to a fixed post. As a flex: You will be trained at various posts and /or facilities based on operational need. While you may work at a specific post or location for several weeks due to need, this will not be a permanent assignment. Your schedule (shifts, days off, hours per week, etc.) will vary based on operational need. You will be assigned to, or offered the opportunity to accept, shifts as they become available due to staffing needs. Job Skills / Requirements Duties and responsibilities: Maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and employees while providing general Unarmed security duties to our clients. This position will require you to be customer service oriented and have basic to intermediate computer skills, as well as effective written and oral communication skills. You must be able to perform routine foot patrols, moderate lifting, and work in all-weather elements as an Unarmed Security Officer. Qualifications: 18+ years of age High School Diploma or GED required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Clean driving record and valid driver license Capable of following complex instructions Strong interpersonal skills Willingness to participate in the company's screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
