First Aid/CPR certification (training provided by FMP). Current MN permit to carry. Valid Driver's License. No criminal history. Strong interpersonal skills. Excellent verbal and written communication. Capacity to make decisions under pressure and respond to emergencies. Drug screen and background check administered as a condition of employment.
