What you'll Do
* Partner directly with security leadership to build a portfolio of key programs. Lead and monitor the health and execution of several key initiatives with insights into status, risks, dependencies, roadblocks, and budget across the organization's program portfolio.
* Ensure a healthy program portfolio in Adobe's Technology GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) organization with a clearly defined roadmap.
* Bring together cross-functional teams to deliver business outcomes for high-priority programs through clear planning, execution, partnership, and communication.
* Make things easier for all collaborators of your program portfolio by driving simplicity, clarity, and efficiency in all aspects of your work.
* Reduce program risk by proactively identifying, communicating, and removing roadblocks.
* Build trust through visibility. Provide accurate and timely data-driven status reports for a broad audience and lead executive governance meetings.
* Effectively handle program financials, including driving accurate budget forecasts.
What you need to succeed
* Exceptional communication skills for effective engagement with both engineers and executives in meetings, presentations, and writing. Excel at building strong and trusted partner relationships.
* 7+ years as a program manager in the security domain with portfolio-level oversight experience. Demonstrate strong knowledge in the compliance field and have worked closely with the compliance teams on projects.
* Experience leading programs involving AI systems and workflows (e.g., MCP servers, RAG capabilities, LLM integrations, or related AI infrastructure).
* Established history of effectively managing programs from inception, prioritizing, and strategizing to implementation, reporting, and successful delivery of intricate projects with many significant internal customers.
* Demonstrated Agile practice experience in software projects and familiarity with Jira (including query and dashboarding), O365 Suite, MS Teams, SharePoint, MS Project, Excel, and Miro or equivalent experience
* Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as ISO 42001, SOC2, HIPAA, PCI DSS, ISO27001, ISO27017/18, ISO22301, and Geo-compliance programs.
* Preferred Certifications: CISSP, CISM, PMP, or equivalent credentials demonstrating expertise in cybersecurity and program leadership.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $124,300 -- $228,400 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A Police Officer enforces state and local laws and ordinances, responds to calls for the protection of life and property, conducts criminal and non-criminal investigations, makes arrests and performs other assigned law enforcement and public safety duties to preserve the peace, reduce fear and provide for a safe community environment. Duties normally consist of patrol and traffic activities in the City on an assigned shift. Officers may be delegated to assignments in specialized areas such as K9, school resource, SWAT, field training, in-service training instruction, criminal investigations, hostage negotiations, traffic control or other areas.
A Police Officer patrols an assigned area to observe, monitor and enforce a wide array of ordinances, laws and statutes while interacting with the public to provide educational, investigative and related police services. Work is performed under minimal supervision and requires a high degree of independent discretion in decision making within established guidelines, although a Corporal, Sergeant and/or Lieutenant is typically available for advice and counsel as needed.
The job requires a high school diploma or GED and a POST Basic Certification, as well as successful completion of a 16 week Field Training Officer program. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Position Summary
Performs a variety of highly trained law enforcement procedures for the City of St. George to protect and maintain the well-being of the general population of the City.
Essential Functions (Essential functions, as defined under the Americans with Disabilities Act, may include the following tasks, knowledge, skills, and other characteristics. Police Officer I:
1. Effects an arrest within training guidelines and department policy, and uses that amount of force which is reasonable and necessary in accordance with policy and law.
2. Prepares investigative and other reports, including sketches, using appropriate grammar, symbols, and mathematical computations.
3. Exercises independent judgment in determining when there is reasonable suspicion to detain, when probable cause exists to search and arrest, and when force may be used and to what degree.
4. Operates a law enforcement vehicle during the day and night in emergency situations involving speeds in excess of posted limits, in congested traffic, and in unsafe road conditions caused by factors such as fog, smoke, high winds, rain, ice, and snow.

Police Officer II:
1. All essential functions required of Police Officer I.
2. May act as a Field Training Officer and, as such:
a. Supervises new officers and reserve officers during the initial field training program.
b. Provide additional training for these officers or make arrangements for additional training.
c. Evaluates these officers and makes recommendations for additional training, corrective action, and reports trainee progress and status.
Police Officer III:
1. All essential functions required of Police Officer I and II.
2. May act as an Officer In Charge (OIC) when the shift sergeant is absent. When acting as OIC:
a. Responsible for the activities and performance of that shift.
b. Conducts and supervises lineups at the beginning of the shift.
c. Makes area car assignments and special assignments and provides information on ATLs, extra patrol, and areas of concern.
d. Responds to major calls. Assists and instructs other officers in investigations and other unusual situations. Assumes charge in the absence of a superior officer.
e. Review officers' reports to ensure essential information is contained and approves and routes reports to the records section.
f. Maintains records and reports regarding personnel rosters and logs.
Typical Physical/Mental Demands/Working Conditions
Moderately heavy physical activity. Required to push, pull, or lift heavy weights. Difficult working positions, including standing, walking, or sitting uncomfortably for extended periods. Moderate exposure to elements such as heat, cold, dampness, fumes, noise, dust, or grease. The employee's life or personal safety is placed at risk, and that risk may be extreme when working some special assignments. Occupational safety and health hazards may be encountered under uncontrolled conditions. Exposure to stress is of considerable magnitude as a result of human behavior. May be required to report for duty on scheduled days off and/or work without sleep for extended periods during emergency situations. Subjected to traffic hazards during emergency responses through heavy traffic. May be subject to irregular working hours that may change on a periodic basis.
Minimum Qualifications
Qualifications Police Officer I
Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or equivalent.
Licenses and/or Certifications:
* Must be UTAH POST certified as a LEO (law enforcement officer) at time of hire.
* Successfully complete the St. George Police Officer Selection Examination and requirements established by the City of St. George and the City's Police Department. This may include written and oral examination, physical examination, background investigations, computer voice stress and/or polygraph examination, drug test, psychological evaluation, and physical fitness test.
* Must pass and maintain the Police Department physical fitness standards.
* Must obtain and maintain all certifications as required by the Chief of Police or Division Commander, which include:
" Firearms proficiency (qualification at minimum 80%)
" Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification
" First Aid
" Arrest Control Tactics (ACT) and Defensive Tactics proficiency
" Baton (ASP)

Reserve Police Officer
Security officer job in Roosevelt, UT
This position is Part Time Only and performs a variety of working level technical law enforcement duties related to enforcing the laws, maintaining the peace, rendering aid, court security, school resource, firearms/in-service training, and protecting the citizens of Roosevelt City. Functional assignments may include one or more of the following: Hospital Security, Transport people to jail, assist full time officers with duties. For Reserve Officers who are LEO certified, they may cover regular patrol shifts.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
1. Education and Experience:
1) Graduated from High School, or hold a GED
and
2) Must be certified through Utah POST as either FSO or LEO, or, Certifiable through Utah POST equivalent to FSO or LEO from another state and take a Utah POST Exam.
2. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Working knowledge of modern law enforcement principles, procedures, techniques and equipment; applicable Federal, State, County, and City laws and ordinances and departmental rules and regulations; NCIC, UCR/IBR codes and there proper application; methods of arrest; legal liabilities associated with arrest and law enforcement; practices and procedures for emergency vehicle
operation; specialized equipment such as that needed to document field sobriety tests, radar, radio, camera, finger printing, evidence collection, etc. Some knowledge of hazardous waste classifications and emergency procedures; principles of supervision; principles of law enforcement administration; investigative procedures and practices; court room procedures and laws of evidence.
Skill in the use of firearms, non-lethal weapons, police vehicle, emergency equipment, intoxilyzers, radar/LIDAR units, and restraining devices.
Ability to react effectively in emergency and stress situations; exhibit imagination, initiative and problem- solving capability in coping with a variety of law enforcement situations; follow standard safety practices and procedures common to law enforcement work; perform work requiring good physical condition; communicate effectively, verbally and in writing; establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, other agencies and the public.

Works under the general supervision of the Lieutenant or Sergeant or Corporal.
3. Special Qualifications:
Must possess a valid Utah State driver's license, or be able to acquire a Utah State driver license within 14 days of hire. Must maintain law enforcement certification by completing annual training requirements of POST and the department.
4. Work Environment:
Tasks require a variety of physical activities periodically involving muscular strain related to walking, standing, stooping, sitting and reaching. Essential functions require talking, hearing and seeing. Mental application utilizes memory for details, emotional stability, discriminating thinking and creative problem solving. Frequent travel required in course of performing portions of job functions. Elements of the job pose various degrees of hazard uncertainty common to law enforcement.
