Supports in the management of the daily operations and staff of the Secuirty department.
Responsibilities:
Enforce the rules and policies of Worlds of Fun, Six Flags Entertainment, State Laws, County and City Ordinances.
Assist in maintaining a security presence on property by patrolling on foot or in a company vehicle and being observant and quick to report all incidents.
Demonstrate and continually train the Cornerstones of Safety, Service, and Cleanliness and the Core Values of Integrity, Courtesy, and Inclusiveness to each Guest and Ambassador.
Patrol and inspect assigned areas of the property, check areas for unauthorized persons or vehicles, unlocked doors, and fire and safety hazards.
Respond to emergencies promptly, evaluate the nature and severity of the situation, and act accordingly, including calling for assistance and interacting with local law enforcement and other EMS services if necessary.
Apprehend and hold individuals who are involved in criminal activity.
Write detailed reports of theft, injury, property damage, conditions of property, unauthorized person's on-site, etc. and be able to testify in court if required.
Perform inspections of all items brought into the park through the metal detectors.
Maintain control of Toll Plaza, Park entry and exits.
Escort guests and/or ambassadors as needed.
Ensure all Training Material is practiced in the workplace including Park, Departmental, and Private Security License/Updates.
Address Guest Concerns as they arise in the assigned location.
Always be professional and provide exceptional guest service by answering questions, giving directions and/or enhancing the guest experience.
Conduct training sessions to introduce new ambassadors to the department policies and procedures.
Provide ongoing coaching and support to existing ambassadors to enhance their skills and performance.
Provide oversight and subject matter expertise on assigned area of responsibility (i.e., training, records management, patrol operations, vehicle operations, emergency preparedness, guest screening
Qualifications:
· Class A Private Security License, unarmed, preferred.
· At least one year of supervisory experience.
· Must be available Days, Evenings, Overnights (Graveyard), Weekends, and Holidays.
· Must have a valid Driver's License.
· Must possess the physical and mental abilities to respond to situations quickly.
· Must have the ability to work indoors and outdoors and in all weather conditions.

UMKC is hiring for unarmed SecurityOfficers for the Health Sciences and Volker Campuses. The SecurityOfficer positions will assist the University Police Officers in providing a safe environment and prevention of crime. The SecurityOfficers will patrol the campus buildings and grounds to deter crime (primarily the University libraries) and performing the following duties:
* Assists with the opening and closing procedures of buildings and classrooms

Job Description
The Surveillance Operator conducts continuous surveillance of all areas of the casino via floor surveillance and use of the CCTV system as directed by Surveillance Supervisor, Surveillance Senior Operators or the Manager in compliance with Commission, departmental and company regulations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Report directly to the Surveillance Manager, Supervisor or Senior Operator.
Supports other Managers, Directors and Executives with assistance and information relating to the protection of assets in their respective departments, as well as fellow Operators in the performance of their duties.
Understand and cooperate fully with all Departmental and Company policies, including the “open door” policy.
Continuously monitor CCTV, closely scrutinizing all activities within camera range to ensure the protection of company assets.
Maintain a professional relationship with Commission members and their Agents.
Accurately and quickly perform duties as assigned.
Complete necessary paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
Maintain or augment skills through review and self-study.
Complete any other tasks that may be assigned by Surveillance Senior Operators, Supervisor, or the Manager to the best of their ability.
QUALIFICATIONS

All Employees must be knowledgeable to all Company policies and procedures, including fire and safety regulations.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school graduate or GED. Over 18 years of age, displaying a level of maturity commensurate with the responsibility of the position. Proficiency in verbal and written communication.
Must have the ability to obtain a work permit issued by the Missouri Gaming Commission. Must be capable of independently performing all job duties.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Missouri Gaming License
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Must be able to effectively communicate in English.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
COMPUTER SKILLS
Must have Microsoft Office experience and basic computer skills.

The Gladstone Police Department Entrant Officer is a non-sworn, pre-academy position designed for motivated individuals at least 19 years of age who are interested in pursuing a career in law enforcement. Entrant Officers will gain valuable experience working alongside sworn personnel while preparing to attend the police academy upon reaching the minimum age of 21. This is not a permanent position and candidates will be expected to attend the first available academy upon reaching age 21. Failure to do so will result in separation with the department. Entrant Officers age 21 or older at the time of hire will attend the first available police academy.
Key Responsibilities:
Jail Operations:
Monitor and assist with the care and custody of inmates.
Conduct inmate searches, booking procedures, and documentation.
Ensure the safety and security of the jail facility.
Public Interaction:
Take and document walk-in reports from the public regarding non-emergency incidents.
Provide information and assistance to community members at the front desk or over the phone.
Administrative Support:
Assist officers and detectives with case documentation and file organization.
Enter data and reports into police databases accurately and efficiently.
Departmental Assistance:
Support sworn personnel with non-enforcement tasks.
Participate in community outreach and engagement events as needed.
Maintain equipment, vehicles, and workspaces in a state of readiness.
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or GED required.
Background: Must pass a thorough background check, including fingerprinting and a criminal history review.
Driver's License: Possess a valid MO driver's license and maintain a good driving record.
Interest in Law Enforcement: Strong desire to attend a certified police academy at age 21 and pursue a sworn officer position.

Future Opportunities:
