The Security GRC Specialist - Regulatory Lead is an experienced professional in Information Security Governance, Risk management and Compliance functions. The role involves performing security risk assessments and assessing compliance against cybersecurity related external (laws and regulations), internal (company policies) requirements and industry frameworks (NIST CSF, ISO 27001, FFIEC CAT) as well as working with other IT and security teams to implement security solutions, test the effectiveness of security controls, and document the compliance levels. It is a key role to develop, deploy, and manage the security GRC framework for SG AMER.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Cybersecurity Regulatory Lead
Manage the regional cyber regulatory compliance program including\: assessing requirements, communicating and working with internal stakeholders to ensure required controls are in place and supporting documentation is maintained. Review controls implemented for appropriateness, effectiveness, and completeness. Assist, follow-up and report on any necessary remediation actions.
Act as a subject matter expert for all DFS500-related matters and ensure the bank maintains and enhances its level of compliance with DFS500 requirements
Assist during cyber regulatory examinations by preparing presentations, responses and associated artifacts
Act as the subject matter expert to develop and maintain an effective FFIEC CAT framework for the bank
Manage the FFIEC CAT inherent and maturity assessments

DUTIES:
The Poughkeepsie City School District (PCSD) is committed to providing students and parents with pathways to opportunity that will lead to achievement and success. Through student-centered effective and transformational leadership, school and community engagement, and an unrelenting pursuit to achieve greater school outcomes for children, the Poughkeepsie City Schools is focused on developing and growing greater access, equity, opportunity, and quality across PCSD.
The following is indicative of the level and types of activities performed by positions in this title. It is not meant to be all inclusive and does not preclude a supervisor from assigning activities not listed which could reasonably be expected to be performed by an employee in this title.
Maintains stationary or mobile position as assigned during normal school hours and for extracurricular activities;
Conducts full sweep of interior/exterior before and after the bell to monitor presence of any students, parents or unauthorized visitors at least 20 times per day;
Issues and checks all passes while on post; keeps a watchful eye for unusual activity; monitors all hallway activity and keeps the peace;
Removes unruly students from class;
Ensures smooth transition to and from classes by enforcing rules;
Ensures compliance with district policy of “No Smoking” on district property and reports any noncompliance issues to administration;
Assists students with safe, orderly dismissal;
Ensures unauthorized personnel do not enter the building;
Coordinates peaceful and safe transportation from school to designated homes;
Debriefs with the team on the day's activities;
Ensures security for all extracurricular activities before and after school and on weekends;
Monitors school lobby and corridors;
Assists staff with disruptive students;
Monitors students in the cafeteria, parking lots, and supervise during dismissal;
Other duties as assigned.
APPOINTMENT:
Appointment will be made by the Board of Education upon the recommendation of the Superintendent following assessment of training, experience, certifications, credentials and evaluation of service. Personal interviews shall be conducted where appropriate.
SALARY:
$25.00 an hour, not to exceed 25 hours per week

ACCEPTABLE TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:
Graduation from high school or possession of an equivalency diploma issued by the State Education Department of New York; AND Two years of full-time paid experience working with children in a public or private facility; OR Two years of full time paid experience as a Security Guard.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
Possession of a NYS Security Guard License prior to appointment.
