Prepare and submit incident reports, security audits, and other required documentation. Security System Maintenance: Ensure that all security systems, including cameras, alarms, and access control devices, are properly maintained and operational. Training & Awareness: Assist in the training of staff on security procedures and safety protocols. Promote a culture of security awareness among employees and visitors. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience in a security or surveillance role. Strong understanding of security technologies, including CCTV systems, access control, and alarm systems. Excellent observational and investigative skills, with the ability to assess and respond to situations quickly and effectively. Strong written and verbal communication skills for reporting and documentation purposes. Ability to remain calm and decisive in high-pressure situations. Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed. Certification in security, surveillance, or first aid (preferred, but not required). Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and patrol properties for extended periods. Ability to operate security equipment, including monitoring cameras and alarms.
